Analysis of the area and design of the new solution of apartment building, Solnická Street, Dobruška

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of the development area located on the southeastern outskirts of the town of Dobruška and its evaluation in terms of possible building construction. The proposal created on the basis of gathered limits includes the siting of six apartment blocks and an object of parking garages used not only for parking vehicles but also as a noise barrier of the adjacent road. Furthermore, this work provides solutions for the technical and transport infrastructure. The output contains site plans, along with the Technical report and related calculations.

The town of Dobruska and its Tourism

This bachelor thesis focuses on the town of Dobruska. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse tourism in the town. Is Dobruska a popular destination among tourists, do the tourists even know where Dobruška is situated, have they ever been there? On the other hand it is also important to study the opinion of Dobruska's residents. Do they see Dobruska as an attractive destination? What are they missing in Dobruska and what would they change in order to make Dobruska more attractive. Based on the outputs of this analysis the thesis proposes appropriate arrangements that aim to make Dobruska a better "Gateway to the Eagle Mountains."
