	Profile of contemporary managers and opportunities of their development Tolarová, Šárka ; Mudd, Dana (advisor) ; Vinopal, Jiří (referee) Anotace: Tématem této bakalářské práce je profil manažera a možnosti jeho rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí, které mají vliv na definování této problematiky. V první části jsou popsány pojmy management a manažer. Dalším krokem je sestavení samotného profilu manažera (ten je rozdělen na profil pracovní, profil společenský a profil osobní). Popisuji tedy, co všechno obnáší kvalitní práce manažera, jaký na něj má vliv společnost a svět celkově a jak ho ovlivňuje to, jakou má povahu a charakter. V práci je také část zaměřená na rozvoj a vzdělávání manažerů. Zmiňuji zde, proč je pro manažery rozvoj důležitý a jaké existují metody rozvíjení. Cílem práce bylo sestavit teoretický profil manažera, definovat rozvojové možnosti a inspirovat k samotnému rozvíjení se. 	Development and further education of teachers in DDM ŠULÁKOVÁ, Tereza This thesis deals with Development and further education of leisure time pedagogues in youth Centres. This thesis aims to describe which development oppourtunities are and valorize importace of further education for leisure time pedagogues professional develompent. The work is devided to four main chapters. The first chpater characterizes th youth center. Second one describes leisure time pedagogues. The third one is about leisure time pedagogues direkt in youth center. 	Destination Management of the microregion Telčsko Havlíčková, Anna ; Netková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Mlejnková, Lena (referee) This Master theses deals with the most sophisticated form of tourism management -- Destination Management -- specificly in the area of microregion Telčsko. The aim is to analyze a potential of the selected destination, determine its current tourism management and propose possible development on the basis of findings and carried out research. The first chapter introduces basic concepts related to the main issue and concretizes the evolution of Destination Management in the Czech Republic. In the next chapter there is an inroduction of the microregion Telčsko.
