The aim of this diploma thesis is the development of the information system of the Valeč castle. The first part describes the location. The second part is focused on the gained data. The third part describes the development of the database and the data it contains. The fourth part describes the process of the information system development. The result is the information system which will be used for the administration of the technical security.

Analysis of the Influence of Location on the Usual Price of Flats in Uherské Hradiště

This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of localities in Uherske Hradiste and their influence on the usual price of housing units in years 2015-2017. A part of thesis is formation and evaluation of questionnaire and also detection of the prices of housing units according to preferences of respondents. This thesis includes databases of flats in given localities and the comparison of their price as well as the comparison of prices according to database with price entries from the land register and prices according to database of own record keeping and in the same time from advertized offers from real estates.

Creation and analysis of in-house database of pyrazine derivatives with potential antimicrobial activity

In the early phases of drug design and development, scientists must overcome many challenges involved in identifying potential drug-like or lead-like compounds. This has led to the need of creating large sets of chemical data which will aid in improving the identification of pharmacophores and active compounds. Various scientific fields especially pharmacology, medicinal chemistry and biochemistry have begun to employ the use of computer sciences to aid in the screening for potential leads with more specificity with regards to drug-like compounds' or substances' bioactivity. The emphasis of this project was to create a database containing a collection of pyrazine compounds synthesized overtime in the Faculty of Pharmacy (Charles University, Hradec Kralove) with the aim of having anti-mycobacterium (and possible antibacterial and antifungal) activity, and further utilize this database to predict certain pharmacokinetic and bioavailability properties. This project seeks to demonstrate how certain molecular descriptors can be used as reliable chemoinformation to determine the likeliness or possibility of developing a lead-like or drug-like compound by utilizing computer software. The posibility of journal publishing the results of nursing research

The aim of this thesis is to explore the possibility of publishing the results of research in professional nursing journals in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. In connection with the increasing demand on the education of nurses the involvement of nurses in nursing research also increases and expands. The content and extent of nursing care is necessary to verify as well as to promote research in order to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care. In this context, it is so interest the possibility of publishing the results of research and the criteria of the review process and other requirements imposed by editors of Czech and Slovak journals on authors interested in publications of scientific articles. In the theoretical part we deal with the development of nursing research journals. Work will be carried out by the analysis of written documents, citation analysis method that enables us to evaluate the documents on the basis of bibliographic references. We will draw on information sources in citation databases such as Science Citation Index, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar in the category of Nursing, and the List of journals Publisher by the Council for Research, Development and Innovation of the Czech Republic. Modern approach to user interfaces for e-mail

Webmails are indisposable interfaces for working with the e-mail on the current Internet, mostly because of the simplicity of their deployment in bro- wsers and easy integration with many provider-specific features. The most important features that are partially or fully missing in current open-source webmail implementations include directory-less mail organization by tags, navigation driven by a high-performance fulltext search, and integration of time-management capabilities. This thesis describes a new open-source alter- native to advanced commercial webmails that possesses these features. The software integrates full-text search capabilities of the ElasticSearch database with current e-mail processing infrastructure on UNIX systems to create a back-end server application, which is used by a Javascript-based browser front-end. Cíle této metodiky jsou následující: 1) představit zcela první pokus o systematickou evidenci filigránů v hudebních pramenech a nabídnout návod k jejímu využití v muzikologickém výzkumu a hudebním knihovnictví, 2) popsat metodu popisu a snímání obrazové reprezentace filigránu, 3) navrhnout pracovní postup pro vytváření katalogů filigránů (databází či tištěných obrazových katalogů).

Web Interface for Data Administration

This thesis deals with the issue of proposing and implementing a web application designed for data administration. This application enables the administrator to create and graphically modify presentations of data configurations, which are consequently presented to the end users. The application also contains a template subsystem that makes the process of creating the presentations more efficient. This system provides the end users with tools by dint of which it is easy to organize the displayed information and to manipulate it. The logical part of the application is implemented in the PHP programming language and the database uses the MySQL technology. The programming languages utilized for realization of user space consist of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

This thesis is about designing a web application, which works as a technical diary of motor vehicles. The application allows you to register regular or company user who can list any number of vehicles. For company's account its user has the option to assign vehicle's administration to a specific person. Listed vehicles have the ability to monitor its consumption and maintenance costs development. Furthermore, the application allows you to manage important vehicle notifications with its early warning system before expiration.

Virtual Waiting Room for Medical Practice

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to develop virtual waiting room at a doctor as webaplication, made up through development environment Laravel with using PHP languageand MySQL database system. The final aplication allows people to register into the system and log in to waiting queue without having to be physically present in the waiting room.
