The main goal of this bachelor's work is to make the financial analysis of Škoda Auto company in years 2005 -- 2007 because of exploring its financial health. The paper is divided into two elementary parts: methodological and practical. The first part introduces to financial analysis problem, specifies subjects and goals, describes users and required data resources. In addition, there are explained fundamental terms and methods of a financial analysis. The practical part is based on the concrete calculations and answers. At first I introduce the company: its main activities, organization structure and its history as well. Then I apply the knowledge as explained at the first part to the company's data and interpret the calculations. In conclusion, I summarize important answers, evaluation of the financial situation and suggested recommendations for the company.

The basic objective of the submitted thesis "Determination value of company ELMO, spol. s r.o." is exactly estimate the market value of ELMO company. Principle of this thesis states the summary and description of the incoming methods of company assessing. The analytic section of this thesis contains all information relating to above mentioned company. Further the financial and assessement analysis is performed and on its basis the financial plan is created. In next step the incoming methods are applied. The verdict of appraisal value is stated in the final section.

This dissertation deals with the sale of a company or its part - in terms of law, accounting and taxes. Each of the two parts is devoted to a particular area. The first part is devoted to the sale of a company or a part of it from a legal point of view. Defines important terms, which are closely related to the sale of a company or its part as it is provided in the commercial code -- and deals with the rights and obligations of the seller. The second part is focused on the sale and purchase of a company or its part from the persective of accounting and taxes, whereas the first chapter is dedicated to the issue in general in terms of accounting and tax laws. Next chapter explains the sale and purchase of the company or its parts, depending on the income tax. Following chapters are focused on the sale or purchase of a company or its parts in connection with other significant taxes in the Czech Republic and on their impact on the issues examined. The last chapter is a summary of the most important, what should the seller and buyer know and manage.

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of a business group. The aim of the paper is to assess the ability of ČEZ a.s. company to increase shareholders value and the ability to sustain the growth in the future. The paper includes strategic analysis, financial performance analysis and valuation of ČEZ a.s. company, which is the parent company of ČEZ business group. The strategic analysis includes PEST analysis, industry analysis, SWOT analysis and market analysis. The financial analysis includes horizontal and vertical analysis of consolidated financial statements, ratio analysis, and calculation of value indicators based on economic value added. ČEZ a.s. company was valuated using free cash flow to the firm method, economic value added method and using market multiplies. Value of the company is estimated as of 1/1/2008. The value estimated is 769 bn Kč.

Goal of our work is to introduce analyses, methods and instruments, which we use for strategic analyses of our firm. Furthermore, those instruments we apply on our analyses-tic company; with the help of those instruments and also with financial indicators we can find out not only strong sides and opportunities, but also concentrate on the weak side. At the end of the text will be shown direct proposals and suggestions of our management. That should guarantee next development and planned growth of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on practical usage of Customer Relationship Management system within IKEA company. Theoretical section aims to clarify basic aspects of Customer Relationship Management. Practical section describes specific business policy of IKEA company with emphasis on importance of customer relationship. Further on the thesis specifies internal CRM system within IKEA company, its communication channels and essential models of customer communication. Pivotal part of the thesis is over-all analysis of IKEA internal CRM system based among other things on self-run research within IKEA employees. The thesis leads to identification and explanation of key problems connected to IKEA internal CRM system. Proposed area of high priority is further education of employees. Planned implementation of new CRM system is also mentioned.
