Design of the prestressed ceeling structure

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and the solution of a prestressed ceiling structure of a building. The preliminary design is established using the method of balancing the equivalent load which is limited by choice of the average normal stress and the method of a surface of feasible prestress. The aim of this thesis is to assess whether such proposed prestressed slab meets the limit states of usability and load capacity and ultimate assessment of the feasibility of the design of this type of construction.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house ‘‘si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of village Borová u Poličky. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, technical room, homework room, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room and kitchen with dining room. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and dressing-room. The non-bearing walls in1.NP is made of brick breeze blocks Heluz, on 2.NP is made of plasterboard partitions. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Family house is covered with a gable roof of roofing Bramac max 7°.

The subject of my bachelors thesis is a rough upper construction of a residential building in Blansko. More details are processed technological regulation assembly prefabricated panels Spiroll. It also contains a technical report, technical report building equipment, building equipment, design of mechanical assemblies, safety and environmental protection, inspection and test plan, schedule, budget and itemized comparison of alternatives monolithic and prefabricated roof structure.
The implementation phase of gross upper structure of a residential building

The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of selected technological study for construction of residential building. The main content of this work is the technological realization of the main technological stages with a detailed focus on gross upper structure. For the gross stage of the upper structure are developed technological processes for the implementation of masonry construction and installation of ceiling construction, time and financial plan, mechanization plan and design of site equipment.
Training Centre in Zlín, technological phase shell construction

The Bacherol theses objective is conception of the technological phase of upper shell building of the training centre in Zlin which is supposed to serve for research and training of workers who are involved in thermal construction engineering branch. The work describes the shell building realization which is built of a lot of different materials if we consider the small size of the construction. Technological report, machinery list, wider relation situation, building site equipment with on record drawings, work safety, check and test plan, partial budget and schedule of construction are included.
Trade house in Hodonin - solution of ceiling phase

The aim of this work is to prepare technology project for the construction phase of new ceiling of trade house. The ceiling is made up of the 1.PP and above the elevator shaft monolithic reinforced concrete structures, and over 1.NP and 2.NP it consists of prestressed precast panels with the casting of Spiroll. The work documents are necessary, with the implementation of this phase. In particular, the technological specification, budget, schedule, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, a description of the site facilities, and documentation to the assembly formwork.
The family house in Sobáčov

In my bachelor´s thesis is made a part of the project documentation for building the new family house in Sobáčov. Design is made in accordance with appropriate and currently valid technical standard, regulations and rules. Also are respected all requirements of architectural – urban and layout solution of the building. Components of the project documentation for building are preliminary thermo – technical and acoustic calculations. Separated was made fire safety solution of the building represented by report fire safety. An issue of the ceiling construction was chosen for the subject of the seminar work. The software AutoCAD 2010 from the company Autodesk was used for processing the project documentation.
Cranked ceiling slab

This bachelor work deals with the suggestion of spatially cranked concrete plate of family house and spiral staircase. The concrete desk of asymmetrical shape, which is reinforced in both directions, creates a ceiling construction of basement and is simply supported on the perimeter walls. The construction is dimensioned to the limiting state of carrying capacity and usability. Software programme RFEM 4.10 has been used for the calculation of internal forces.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
Multigenerational family house

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.
