The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of Podhoran Lukov, a.s. The financial analysis was carried out in the years 2018-2022. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part explains the methods and indicators that are necessary for the development of the financial analysis. In the second analytical part, the methods and indicators are practically used to develop the financial analysis along with the comparison of the results of the competing company. In the last design part, suggestions for improving the overall situation of the selected enterprise are presented.

The final part presents proposals for improving the financial situation of the selected company.

The output of this master´s thesis is a financial plan proposal for the company Služby města Jihlavy, s.r.o. for the period 2023-2026. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical section provides a comprehensive overview of fundamental concepts, methods, and techniques associated with financial planning and analysis. The second, analytical part, is dedicated to presenting the company and conducting its strategic and financial analysis, including the use of absolute, differential, and ratio indicators, as well as a comprehensive evaluation index. A comprehensive financial plan based on previous analyses is compiled in the final section which includes predictions of sales, costs, investments, and other relevant financial items.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company VFS Trading s.r.o., based on the financial statements for the period 2018 and 2022 using the methods of financial analysis, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable benchmark firm in the same line of business. Based on this data, proposals are formulated to improve the current financial situation of the company, including the conditions and timetable for the implementation of the proposal.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial situation of the company "Koření, s.r.o." in the period 2018-2022. The first part focuses on the theory required for financial analysis itself. The analytical part deals with the analysis of Koření, s.r.o. and its competitor Pěkný-Unimex, s.r.o., some of the results of the two companies are further compared with each other. Data for financial analysis are used from financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and internal company information) for each year. The last part is focused on my created proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The work is systematically divided into four main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge necessary for the subsequent sections. The second part is devoted to describing the company, and the third part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling, particularly the state of the Procure to Pay process in XYZ company. The final proposal part builds on the previous sections, suggesting measures and adjustments related to the Procure to Pay process and associated costs.

Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The master‘s thesis evaluates the performance of an engineering company engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, analyzes the current situation between 2018 and 2022 and proposes the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard model. The thesis is divided into 3 parts, the first explains the goal of the work in details and the methods for its processing. The second part presents the theoretical side of the thesis, such as the explanation of the individual models of financial performance assessment, primarily the Balanced Scorecard model and its individual perspectives, including selected indicators of financial analysis needed for them. This knowledge is then practically used in the next part, which uses not only the financial statements of the company and the indicators gradually calculated from them, but mainly the individual perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard model, the set strategic goals of these perspectives and strategic actions leading to the fulfillment of the set values. Last but not least, the work is concluded with a summary evaluation of the proposal to introduce the Balanced Scorecard model into the company, together with possible benefits and risks of introduction, including their analysis and measures.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

The first part introduces the theoretical framework necassary for conducting the analyses. In the following sections, these theoretical insights are applied. Subequently, the findings are discussed. The main objective is to propose improvements.
