The Present State and Development Trends of Passenger Cars Gearbox Design.
Chuchma, Ondřej ; Rasch, František (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis includes complex information about nowdays gearbox, which are used for automobile. In general it describes constructional ordering and principles of function of gearbox. The next part provides the information about individual kinds of gearbox and compares their properties and parameter. The most extensive part is engaged in dual clutch gearbox as the most developing kind of transmission of automobile. In the end author deals with the most probable future development in branch of gearbox for segment of automobile.
Development of transmission
Kocman, František ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on current trends of passenger car transmissions. The goal was to compile an overview of individual concepts with regards to the current trends. For each concept, there is a description of its construction and principle. The practical part is focused on the calculation of the basic parameters of a dual clutch transmission.
Gearbox with Gears Changing on Load
Formánek, Pavel ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor work is focused on analysis of structural arrangements, technical and operating parameters of a gearbox with gear changing on the load. First part of this work is devoted to gears distribution, their gear change and the ways of gear change. The following part describes various structures of gearboxes, their principle and control. The summary evaluates advantages and disadvantages of the gearboxes and describes estimation of following development in this field.
Car gearboxes
Charvát, Adam ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the most common transmission types of passenger cars and their components with a focus on manual transmissions, automatic transmissions, dualclutch transmissions, continuously variable transmissions, and transmissions for electric and hybrid vehicles. The work deals with the construction, principle of operation and comparison of the properties of these devices. Thesis also contains a look at development trends of these transmissions.
Modern Tractor Transmissions
Bartošová, Daniela ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis concerns an overview of the modern trends in the area of tractors transmissions. It explains the reason why both the power shifts and the continuously variable transmissions. Further on, this thesis emphasizes the innovative elements of transmission concept at selected tractor manufacturers.
Developments of Car Drive Train
Švestka, Jiří ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
The final project contains the relavant piece of evidence about the development and use of frictional gearbox with the infinitely variable transmission, which is used in cars. The construction and the principle of those gearboxes is also described. Furtermore, advantages and disadvantages are assessed with respect to the conventional gearbox. Finally, the author’s opinions and views about frictional gearbox with the infinitely variable transmission are presented.
Recent Trends of Transmission Systems
Macháček, Jakub ; Zháňal, Lubor (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on current trends of car transmission systems. The introduction of the work is dedicated to gearbox distribution. Then, individual types of construction are described in detail, including the way of control. There is a comparison of types of construction. The conclusion contains non-traditional construction and reflection on future developments of transmission systems.
Transmission mechanism used in tractor’s construction
Odstrčil, Lukáš ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is about gearboxes used in todays construction of tractors. This work is focused on four most sold brands of tractors. In a simple a comprehensive way function of each gearbox is described with concrete examples of use.
Overview of continues variable transmission design
Fryčar, Michal ; Dočkal, Kryštof (referee) ; Šperka, Petr (advisor)
Friction variators are used in many industries mainly for their ability to continuously change the engine-to-output gear ratio while machine is running. In this paper, six types of construction were described (using a belt, chain, ball or toroidal, conical and disc wheel). Their properties were then compared based on the maximum transmitted power and transmission efficiency. The results calculated using Hertz's theories shows, that belt, chain and toroidal constructions are transmitting the highest amount of maximum torque. These results are in accordance to earlier studies in this field and they are intended to serve as a source of information for further research on topic.
Transmissions of Passenger Cars with Hybrid Drive
Vaňourek, Jakub ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with transmission systems of passenger cars with a hybrid drive. The main reason for choosing this topic was its topicality. With increasingly strict emission standards, hybrid cars are coming to the fore. The first part of the thesis deals with the division of hybrid drives into individual categories according to the selected criteria. An example of a specific solution is then given for the individual categories and its construction, functionality and its advantages and disadvantages compared to cars with an internal combustion engine are described. In the following chapters, more complex hybrid systems are described in more detail in connection with construction and functionality. The conclusion is dedicated to evaluating the mentioned hybrid systems and outlining their potential use in the future.
