Centrifugal motor brake for pneumatic compactor
Vít, Jakub ; Kamarýt, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is the design of centrifugal brakes to prevent twisting of the combustion engine with pneumatic compactor. In the first part of my thesis I deal with existing and similar systems that prevent over speeding. In the second part I deal with the design of its own centrifugal brake. This includes basic functional, strength, thermal calculation, design of components and fabrication drawings according to the assignment.
Thermomechanical Analysis of Braking Disc
Bačovský, Marek ; Zubík, Martin (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the analysis of three types commonly used automotive brake discs in terms of their thermal and mechanical resistance on a defined braking maneuver. Another objective is to make an evaluate of the different structural solutions and compare them by each other.
Formula Car Braking System Design
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
Design of braking system for the formula student car. Calculation of basic forces acting in the braking system, including the design of hydraulic circuits. Mechanical analysis of the most important parts of the braking system and pedal assembly. Thermal analysis of the brake discs. Manufacturing and total cost calculation.
The Design of Formula Student Brake Disc
Novosad, Pavel ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with Formula Student vehicle Electric Dragon 2 brake disc desings. Proposed designs underwent thermal and stress analysis based on relevant literature. The main criterion is keeping the disc temperature in the optimal operating window for brake pads while reducing weight. Durability of the discs is set to one racing season. Final design is compared to the previous one used in older generations of the vehicle.
Brake plate for rear automotive suspension
Krasula, Jan ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Mazůrek, Ivan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis main aim is proportional design of racing car rear brake shield. Race car was built in T1 group. At the beginning of thesis there will be devoted to introduce T1 group regulations and cross-country rally races. Questions of brakes and brake cooling will be resolved in second part. There will be calculations of cooling system function. At the end of thesis there will be place for design of brake shield.
Production Design of the Bicycle Disc Brake
Brejčák, Dušan ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The solved problem is production of brake disc, which is part of bicycle´s disc brake. For production is chosen rustproof steel ČSN 17 024. The thickness of materiál is 2 mm and there are 200 000 pieces produced per a year. After assessment of manufacturing variants the best method is fine-blanking technology with v-ring and there is developed a literary recherche for this matter. Then there are evaluated technological and control calculations. For production as semiproduced material is chosen roll of sheet metal with its outside diameter 1 200 mm. There is made a suggestion of design of cutting tool and for manufacturing it is chosen hydraulic press Feintool HFA 4 000.
