Bezpečnost práce v pivovaru Černá Hora

This work describes the safety of work in the brewery in Černá Hora. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the situation of safety and health at work in the brewery. Another objective is to compare the costs that are provided for occupational safety with the amounts provided as compensation for accidents at work. The thesis is divided into two parts, part theoretical and part practical. In the theoretical part are presented the most important legal regulations related to this issue, followed by types of work injuries and their possible compensation. The practical part deals with the development of acci-dent rates in the company that the work is focused on, followed by a model example of compensation of the work accident and the modeling of the cost of safety at work for the past year. In conclusion was the appreciation of the greatest cost of labor safety, and whether these items are paid out.

Occupational safety and health

The thesis titled "Occupational safety and health" is focused on summarizing the current legal regulations that impose rights and obligations on employers and employees in the field of occupational health and safety. Introductory chapter emphasizes the understanding of the importance and function of safety aspects, historical context and role of the state. In the crucial second chapter the Czech legal regulations are analyzed in detail and the basic concepts of this issue (prevention of risk, work categorization, training...) are characterized. Following the legislation chapter three introduces options above standard approaches, by which the employer can be inspired or directly certified in task of the safety system solution. In the next chapter the analysis of the current legislation of "Occupational Services" is presented and also compared with the previous one. The theoretical part is concluded with an article concerning work accidents and occupational diseases, in which are also defined possibilities of accident insurance. In the case study, I focused on the application of the legal regulations for a particular employer, evaluation of the current state and the proposal for possible remedy measurements.

This thesis is focused on analysis of ensuring health and safety at ZEA + spol. s r.o., in a business premises Dřevčický Park. The aim of this thesis is to draft measures to reduce risks and formulate and create documentation that the company has not created. In addition the aim is to identify omissions in keeping records in documentation and to identify errors in documentation of control and revision that were not eliminated. Meeting the targets will be achieved through the introduction of OHS, legislative requirements, methods of risk analysis, subsequent analysis of the current state of ensuring OHS in the premises, documentation and deficiencies. The managers will utilize the created documents, proposed measures and identifications of failure to ensure safety and avoid injuries and accidents. Restriction and reduction of the risks will influence safety of employees and customers. Created documents will complete and improve the current system of corporate documentation.

Satisfaction employee analysis

Employees are an indispensable part of any company. It can be seen from the declining importance of material assets and growing value of knowledge assets, representing the intellectual capital. Because workers as carriers of knowledge are becoming an important factor for competitiveness, the company management must carefully look after them and ensure a quality working environment. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the real situation and suggest possible changes that could help improve the satisfaction of workers. Therefore, I will first give the theoretical background of employee satisfaction. In the practical part I will describe the advantages and disadvantages of real business and propose solutions to the problems.

Care for the employees in Lázně Poděbrady

This bachelors thesis deals with care for the employees. The first part focuses on theoretical description of activities dealing with this area and some related legal rules. The second practical part describes and evalutes execution of these activities in the company Lázně Poděbrady and contains proposals for improvement. Results of the employees' satisfaction with working environment survey are presented at the end.
