Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zajištění BOZP ve společnosti ZEA+ spol. s r.o., v provozovně Dřevčický Park. Cílem práce je navržení opatření ke snížení rizik a vytvoření dokumentů, které společnost nemá vypracovány. Dalším cílem je identifikace opomenutí ve vedených záznamech společnosti a identifikace neodstraněných závad v dokumentaci o kontrolách a revizích zařízení. Splnění těchto cílů práce bude dosaženo představením problematiky BOZP, legislativních požadavků, metod analýzy rizik, následnou analýzou současného stavu zajištění BOZP v provozovně, analýzou současné dokumentace a zjištěním nedostatků. Vytvořené dokumenty, návrhy opatření a identifikace opomenutí budou sloužit v první řadě vedoucím pracovníkům k zajištění bezpečnosti a zamezení vzniku úrazů a nehod. Omezení a snížení rizik bude mít přímý vliv na bezpečnost pracovníků i zákazníků provozovny a vytvořené dokumenty doplní a zlepší systém současné firemní dokumentace. This thesis is focused on analysis of ensuring health and safety at ZEA + spol. s r.o., in a business premises Dřevčický Park. The aim of this thesis is to draft measures to reduce risks and formulate and create documentation that the company has not created. In addition the aim is to identify omissions in keeping records in documentation and to identify errors in documentation of control and revision that were not eliminated. Meeting the targets will be achieved through the introduction of OHS, legislative requirements, methods of risk analysis, subsequent analysis of the current state of ensuring OHS in the premises, documentation and deficiencies. The managers will utilize the created documents, proposed measures and identifications of failure to ensure safety and avoid injuries and accidents. Restriction and reduction of the risks will influence safety of employees and customers. Created documents will complete and improve the current system of corporate documentation.
