The Roofing of The Ecclesiastical Building
Lecián, Martin ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with wooden loadbearing structure the roofing of the ecclesiastical building with dimensions 15,5 x 17,5 meters in the village Chudcice northwest of Brno. The building is 16 meters high and the roof is 12 meters high. The main loadbearing roofing structure consists of corner rafters reinforced wood frame, here is placed joist floor of loft. The main beams are designed from glued laminated wood GL24, other supporting beams are designed from wood C22. The roof of the chapel is formed by intersection of two pyramidal roof and it is at an angle of 62°. Roof cladding is made of asphalt shingle. Bell stool with a bell is in the top of the roof. Technical equipment ensuring automatic chime is located in the loft. Connections of wooden beams are designed with steel joints.
Travelling and lifting mechanism
Rosendorf, Pavel ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Master thesis describes the design of travelling and lifting mechanism for the Bell helicopter with a minimum weight of 2,000 kg and travel of 80mm. In some parts of this work will find an overview of the manufactured equipment, analysis of possible mechanisms, the concept with strength calculations with FEM supported calculations of each frame.
Travelling and lifting mechanism
Husák, Adam ; Šťastný, Antonín (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is aimed on traveling and lifting device designed for transportation of BELL helicopters between tarmac and hangar. The first part is devoted to review and evaluation general producers of similar devices. Furthermore there are analysis of possible mechanisms and subsequent choice of appropriate solution. The second part deals with design solution and calculations. Includes drawing of designed device. This device is defined by load capacity up to 2000 kg and stroke 80 mm.
Simulation of Idiofonic System
Múčka, Martin ; Keršner, Zbyněk (referee) ; Frantík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with dynamic simulation of real bell behavior over time. The model is created according to principles of physical discretization as a spring in the FyDiK3D software. In order for the model to be declared as relevant, it is necessary to prove the behavior of the structures used in the elementary tasks of the mechanics. It shows the correlation between the stiffness of normal and diagonal springs. Describes how to use software import tools to create a model. The resulting model approaches its real bell behavior.
Design of automatic drive for church bells
Zajíc, Jiří ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
The Diploma thesis describes the design, manufacture and testing of a universal automation machine for church bells. The research section summarizes the bell, way of use and properties. The drives and their starting and power switching characteristic are analyzed. The chain drive based on the selected engine and the whole assembly is designed and tested by using PLC. Unique controller based on a modular design was designed. Sensors based on magnetic rotary encoder were also created for this unit. The entire circuit was tested on three evangelical church bells in the town Klobouky u Brna.
The Innovation of clarinet bell using Bessel functions
Kudělka, Josef ; Musil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jirásek, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of the influence of clarinet bells on its final spectrum and directional characteristics. It compares the original bell with other bells designed using Bessel sound pipes and made of ABS plastic. It also investigates the principles of tone formation and the necessary theoretical basis.
Travelling and lifting mechanism
Bernard, Vladislav ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis deals the design and calculation of handling equipment designed for transport of Bell helicopter between the airport and hangar space. The first part contains an analysis of possible mechanisms applicable to the handling of the helicopter as well as an overview of the overall evaluation of some producers, engaged in the manufacture of this type of device. The second part presents the design, necessary calculations and drawing documentation. Handling equipment is designed for loading kapacity of 2000kg with a minimum 80 mm lift of helicopter to ensure safe transportation to the required distance.
Manufacture of bells
Dušek, Otakar ; Šenberger, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pernica, Vítězslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis titled „Manufacture of bells” contains basic information about the historical development of bells, acoustic characteristics of the bells and particular processes accompanying their production. There are in detail particular phases of production and necessary equipment described in this work. The text also deals with the materials that are used for bells manufacturing. The analysis of the bell metal is the most discussed issue in this part, since it is the best and most widely used material for these purposes.
History of automation in Bohemia
Ondrášek, Martin ; Zbořil, Miroslav (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
Carillon was one of the first applications of automatic machines. This thesis deals with description of the carillon located in Prague’s Loreto, and documents documents the history of automation in our countery
Casting technology in bell founding
Šromota, Michal ; Pernica, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janský, Vojtěch (advisor)
The topic of the bachelor’s thesis, which comprises of theoretical and practical part, is campanology. The purpose was to summarize the technology of the bells’ manufacture from both, current and historical viewpoints. Basis of the theoretical part is literary recherche which describes the whole process of the bell’s manufacturing, material used for its casting, acoustic features of the bell, history of the industry and parts which are integral part of the bell. The recherche was composed mainly based on Czech academic literature, nonetheless, to a lesser extent, abroad resources were included too. Within the framework of the practical part a bronze bell was casted by a lost wax method with the contribution of 3D print.
