Basic principles of activities of administrative bodies

The bachelor thesis deals with the basic principles of activities of administrative bodies in the legal system of the Czech Republic. It also deals with the functioning of the domestic public administration as a whole. The thesis is primarily focused on the essence of functioning and compliance with the basic principles of administrative bodies contained in Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code, and is suitably supplemented by an analysis of the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court and the work of the Public Defender of Rights. All with a focus on administrative law. Knowledge, appropriate application, interpretation and observance of the basic principles of activities of administrative bodies are a prerequisite for fulfilling the right to a fair trial and the basis for the proper functioning of a democratic state governed by the rule of law, which the Czech Republic undoubtedly is. The thesis not only analyzes these principles, but also factually describes and evaluates the role of the ombudsman in the field of enforcement of these principles.

Figural painting in hanging picture

A content of the bachelor thesis is a theoretical reflection about possibilities of a painted depiction of a human figure and a phenomenon of a hanging picture. The theme of the figural painting is further applied to an educationally-therapeutic practice as an art activity subject for people with mental retardation. The work also contains a documentation of the author's own painting and its reflection. The Relationships between Immigrants and the Authorities in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between immigrants and the immigration authorities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first one summarizes the facts about immigration authorities - the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, the Foreign Police and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It also discusses the causes of migration, the legal aspects and the non-governmental organizations that serves as a mediator between immigrants and the authorities. The practical part deals with the topic of immigrants and the authorities in the media and literature. It also includes a field resarch made by a qualitative method of directed interviews with the immigants, the representatives of non-governmental organizations and the representatives of the immigration authorities. The research is supplemented by an observations at Prague office of the Ministry of the Interrior. The most criticized problems of the Ministry of the Interrior is the failure to meet the statutory deadlines during the processing of applications for long-term stay, the behavior of officers and the queues of immigrants associated with a long waiting. This thesis mainly deals with workplace skills, personal qualities and job requirements of an Elementary School Head Master. Is reveals some valuable information on the headmaster's own perception of business success in Prague - The Czech Republic's capital city. In general, the Thesis consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to Head Master's personality assessment and is mainly focused on the importance of personal integrity, qualities, skills and personality typology as well. It summarizes all the extensive knowledge and draws the attention to the main purpose and aims of personal management itself. Furthermore, it reflects some experience from the real leadership background. The second part of the thesis treats qualitative and quantitative data analysis and all the following outcomes. For the above-mentioned occupation, mixed research method was used to determine the Key Success Factors. It highlights some critical aspects from the employer's /authorities' viewpoint as these may vary according to many factors involved. (Dis) honest Citizens of Pardubice - the Town and the Townspeople in the Second Half of the 16th Century

and keywords The theme of this thesis is the history of the town Pardubice in the second half of the 16th century, especially in the 1560s and 1570s when the town became the property of the king. This was the end of the period in which the Pernstejn family had owned this land for 70 years and which is deeply studied because it is considered to be "the golden age" of the town and surrounding demesne. However, the purpose of the following pages is to inform about the development of the town and its inhabitants after the sale of the Pardubice demesne to the royal chamber. All the conslusions are made on the basis of read up literature and archival documents, in particular. The thesis mainly refers to the social structure and interaction of particular groups, authorities of the town (eventually the surrounding demesne) and the town justice - both civil just and criminal law. The intention of this thesis is to obtain some new pieces of knowledge of the regional history, and at the same time to prepare the basis for further studies of the history of Pardubice in the early modern period. Ledenice. The probes to the history of the southbohemian townlet in middle ages and early modern times.

This bachelor thesis deals with the written records referring to Ledenice and their owners from 1278 to 1611. It studies the transfers of property among the families of south Bohemia that means the alternation of authorities the local people were subordinate to. In the second plan there is indirectly reconstructed the everyday life of the citizens of Ledenice during the reporting period by means of the description of local natural conditions, which affect the economic production, by means of the building developement of the village which can also tell us many about the subsistence possibilities as well as increasing or dicreasing prestige of this locality. Last but not least the work deals with the granted privileges which can have the key impact on the citizens, making them more than plain villagers, but less than the townsmen. This bachelor thesis uses the interdisciplinary approach, primarily the combination of historical methods and archaeological informations which allow us to reconstruct the historical form of Ledenice and to make the rough concept of the local defunct castle. This significantly helped to reach the finish which was to bring the most complete knowledge about Ledenice in the reporting time.
