The content of the thesis is the solution the technological stages of finishing works new multifunctional building in the village Návojná. The work focuses on the implementation of floor construction and contact thermal insulation system. The work includes a technical report, technological situation, the organization of the construction, plan work safety and time schedule. Further technological regulations of selected construction processes, inspection and test plan, inventory of machines, bill of quantities and selected details of construction solutions.
Residential Building

The apartment house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one underground storey and two above-ground storeys. The access to the building is either by a steel staircase or barrier-free, by a steel ramp. Cars enter the basement by a one-way ramp. The main entrance to the building is located on the first above-ground storey and is connected to the stairwell which serves as the principal vertical communication. The basement floor houses a parking lot, supporting facilities, cellars, and a boiler room. The first floor houses offices, including supporting facilities, and two apartment units, one comprising two rooms with kitchenette, the other a 3+1 (two-bedroom) unit. In addition, there is also a pram room. There are two 3+1 (two-bedroom) units on the second floor. Each apartment has its own balcony. The facade of the building is segmented, serving as a contact thermal insulation system. The building has a saddle roof, covered with gray-coloured seamed metal sheet roofing. Its slope is 13°. The building lies on ribbon foundations and a bearing plate. The structural system is based on brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks, supplemented by reinforced concrete on the basement floor, and makes use of an outside contact thermal insulation system. The roof structures are represented by reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The load-bearing structure of the roof consists of a nailed roof truss girder, with the bottom flange of the girder carrying an SDK soffit – the ceiling structure of the second floor. The building will have a central heating system comprising an electric boiler with an accumulation tank located in the boiler room on the basement floor. Horizontal utility lines are bundled, with two main utility nodes located between apartment units.

Complex is created by three apartment houses with three above-ground levels and 1 underground level. A lot is divided on relax and traffic zone. The simple frame and Velox system solution support low-energy solution. Main part of thesis is process on realization projct level.
City Apartment House

My Bachelor projekt solves new construction of Residential buildings on Klíčova street, Tržní and Hladíkova street in Brno. Objekts form the street near four/lane road. Along with office buildings create a block of houses that responds to surrounding development. New residential buildings are divided into four sections and each contains eight apartments that are connected with the underground garage. The green roof create [semi]private space for apartment buildings. Projekt puts emphasis on the symmetry of mass. This symmetry is repeated in all four sections of residential buildings. Together they creates a street line. The main motive of the North facade is a bridge that contains a vertical communication with glass section in the center. The South facade is shaped by  bow windows accented with white color. They create contrast to the gray color of the building. The horizontal shape of balconies ensures the mass integrity of all sections.
