Cílem předpokládané diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu. Bytový dům je navržen jako dřevostavba o 3 nadzemních podlažích a bez podsklepení. Má sedlovou střechu se sklonem 22°a krov řešen pomocí vazníků. Objekt je situován ve městě Uničov. Object of presented dissertation is proposition of block of flats. Block of flats is based on wood technology with free stages without cellar. Block of flats is designed with 22°saddle roof based on rafters with tie beam. Object is situated in Uničov, Czech Republic.
