Film Industry and the Federalization of Czechoslovakia

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore and describe changes in Czechoslovak film industry resulting from federalization of Czechoslovakia, which was implemented by Constitutional Act no. 143/1968 Col. On Czechoslovak Federation, effective from 1st January 1969. In its first part the thesis deals with general political atmosphere of fault year 1968 and with particular steps, which had led to the federalization. The second and the most essential section explores the process of separation of film industry on federal principles. The author takes into account legal acts, which implemented this separation and economical side of the separation as well as proposed measures, which were not put into practice and also partial matters connected with federalization such as level of integration of film distribution and foreign affairs. The third part focuses on federal division of Union of Czechoslovak Film and Television Artists, which was however shortly after cancelled by the new political power that had risen after occupation in August 1968. The last section presents brief excursion into the situation and organization changes (not only) in cinematography at the outset of so-called normalization.

Marketing plan of a sports club in a non-profit environment

Title: Marketing plan of a sports club in a non-profit environment Objectives: The main aim of this thesis will be to create a marketing plan for non-profit sports organization TJ SK Markvartice based on collected and analyzed data. The created marketing plan will be based on an analysis of the current situation of the club and at the same time use the knowledge of non-profit marketing so that the goals set are achieved in 2020-2024. Methods: In our work we used methods of participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, analysis of texts and documents and SWOT analysis method. All these methods were applied in order to create a detailed situational analysis of the researched sports organization, which helped to identify the most important factors affecting the researched entity and based on them to determine marketing goals and strategies of the sports organization. Results: Based on a thorough scrutiny of the club's target market (social group) and factors influencing the internal and external environment of the sports organization, the most suitable marketing strategy has been chosen. Methodological guidance for management in vulnerable zones: 2nd edition; Certified methodology

The methodology describes measures for protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources in vulnerable zones of the Czech Republic. The methodology clearly describes individual requirements of the 4th Action Programme of the Nitrates Directive for the period 2016–2020 as ratified by CR government for reduction of nitrogen losses by nitrates leaching into surface water and groundwater, reduction of surface water eutrophication and reduction of nitrates transmission to the neighboring countries in waters flowing from the territory of the Czech Republic. The aim is to reduce water pollution by nitrogen compounds from agricultural sources into the aquatic environment, the results of which are such as to cause hazards to human health, harm to living resources and to aquatic ecosystems, damage to amenities or interference with other legitimate uses of water. The publication also includes links to selected technical publications and related legislation. The second updated edition responds to amendment to the Government Regulation No. 262/2012 Coll., On determining the vulnerable areas and action programme, issued in 2018 as No. 27/2018 Coll.

Legal regime of protected areas and protective zones by the water protection

84 ABSTRACT This thesis is concerned on the topic "Legal regime of protected areas and protective zones by the water protection." Water like environmental compartment has a key role to the existence of life on Earth. That is the reason for its protection. For achieving this protection could not be protected only this environmental compartment, but it is necessary to focus on other ones, which are related to this protection. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the situation and the ways of ensuring the territorial water protection, to point out the basic types of them and their similar and different characteristics and provide a comprehensive explication of territorial water protection. For these reasons, the thesis is divided into two parts. The first is dealing with systematization of water protection and water protection relationship as a whole and territorial water protection as one of its important elements. This part is necessary for the orientation and the issue of inclusion territorial water protection to the entire system of water protection. Reforma z roku 1968 a její vliv na celé Pražské jaro

Abstract My bachelor thesis focus on reform process, which bagan in 1963 and which culminated in 1968. This year was completed Action program and started epoch of Prague spring. In the first part, I will describe each step of reform process and at the end I focuse on each item, which is contained in Action program. The second part of my thesis talk about Soviet Union's answer and about transactions between them. My thesis finish of part of military intervention on Czechosloslovakia and its impact on epoch of Prague spring and on inchoate reform process. Conclusion: Was preparation of reforms talked about?

Trade Emission in Practice

Přestože přístup k problematice ochrany ovzduší je v různých státech EU odlišný, postupem času docházelo k formování společných právních norem. Všude na světě se také ukázalo, že regulace by měla využívat flexibilních tržních mechanismů. K regulaci a ochraně životního prostředí je potřeba využívat přímé i nepřímé nástroje. Jedním z nich je obchodování s emisními povolenkami, přičemž tvorba ceny povolenek je ponechána trhu. Hodnoty emisních limitů mají určovat přípustnou úroveň znečišťování ovzduší. Množství emisních povolenek je stanoveno v alokačních plánech jednotlivých zemí. Kromě problémů ohledně množství a obchodování emisních povolenek se vyskytují též rozdílné principy jejich zdaňování, vedoucí k odlišnému zatížení států touto regulací.

Kořeny a východiska československé ekonomické reformy v šedesátých letech 20. století

Hlavním tématem této práce jsou ekonomické reformy, které neúspěšně proběhly v průběhu 60. let v Československu. Cílem práce je odpověď na otázku ? co bylo příčinou krachu těchto reforem? Úvod je zaměřen na celkový stav společnosti a národního hospodářství ČSSR před vznikem reforem a jejich dopady na celkovou situaci v zemi. Tato úvodní část podává mnoho důvodů, proč byla situace řešena prostřednictvím ekonomických reforem. Hlavní část práce se zabývá možnostmi řešení krize v hospodářství, nejprve pomocí prohlubování a utužování socialistické ideologie, posléze ekonomickými reformami, zejména tzv. ?třetí cestou? Oty Šika (1963 ? 1968). Hlavní část práce bude věnována jejímu obsahu, průběžným diskuzím o její splnitelnosti a uplatnění v praxi. Závěr obsahuje omezující podmínky reformovaných návrhů. Proč se tyto reformy nepodařilo prosadit? Jaké zájmy mohly reformy překazit? Cílem práce je tyto otázky, co nejlépe a nejpřesněji, zodpovědět.
