The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the acquisition and selection of workers and employees in an organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze a selected organization and subsequently to identify its strengths and weaknesses. Thus the first part is strictly theoretical knowledge gained from recognized literature. The second part focuses on the chosen organization, its description, and current politics of acquisition of new employees. The final part of this paper is about my proposed suggestions, what changes could be made in order to improve the company's acquisition and selection process.
