Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců a pracovníků v organizaci. Cílem práce je analýza vybrané společnosti a následná identifikace jejích silných a slabých stránek. První část práce obsahuje shrnutí základních teoretických znalostí získaných z odborné literatury, druhá část se zaměřuje na vybranou organizaci, její popis, současnou politiku získávání a výběru nových zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení, jejichž realizace by mohla proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti zlepšit. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the acquisition and selection of workers and employees in an organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze a selected organization and subsequently to identify its strengths and weaknesses. Thus the first part is strictly theoretical knowledge gained from recognized literature. The second part focuses on the chosen organization, its description, and current politics of acquisition of new employees. The final part of this paper is about my proposed suggestions, what changes could be made in order to improve the company's acquisition and selection process.
