Technological stage of the rough construction of the pavilion of the psychiatric ward in Poruba

The aim of the processing is the technological stage of the rough construction of the psychiatric ward pavilion in Poruba. The building is designed as a structured four-storey reinforced concrete skeleton of irregular plan with an internal atrium with flat roofs. The load-bearing structures of the lower and upper building are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton reinforced by walls of communication cores and individual monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs. The content of the work includes a technical report, a situation with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions, a technological regulation for the execution of reinforced concrete monolithic load-bearing structures, a technical report and a drawing of the site equipment, a time schedule, a design of machine assemblies, an inspection and testing plan, the safety of the work of the technological stage addressed.

This master's thesis deals with project documentation of an office building with commercial premises, cafe, and canteen. The building is located in Žďár nad Sázavou, on plot 2197. The access road is from the north side. The building has 6 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. The building is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete frame with shear core. Basement consists of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Whole building is based on reinforced concrete slab, which is supported by a system of piles. The external wall is designed from clay blocks. The facade is ventilated.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Both buildings are designed as a four-storey, one of the buildings are located underground parking. There are main entrance hall, production areas with facilities, eating facilities offices and a car park in the buildings. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used partly for supplying and partly to rest. The street facades are compact character, austere space is lined CETRIS plates, strip windows are placed in fixed horizontal and vertical lines.

Residentional house with restaurant in Brno

Bakalářská práce řeší projekt čtyřpodlažního bytového domu s restaurací na úrovni projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Novostavba bytového domu má jedno podzemní a tři nadzemní podlaží. V provozní části bytového domu v prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace. Ve zbývajících dvou nadzemních podlažích je navrženo celkem pět bytových jednotek. Bytový dům je částečně podsklepen a v podzemním podlaží se počítá s technickou místností. Základy bytového domu jsou řešeny jako základové monolitické patky z prostého betonu v kombinaci se železobetonovými monolitickými základovými pasy. Samotná stavba je navržena jako monolitická železobetonová konstrukce v podélném rámovém systému. Jako výplňové zdivo a zdivo vnitřních příček byl zvolen zděný konstrukční systému HELUZ. Stropy jsou navrženy jako železobetonové monolitické. Střecha objektu je navržena jako víceúrovňová plochá se spádem min. 2 %, část střechy objektu je využita jako terasa a zelená střecha.

The subject of the master’s thesis is the project documentation of building work for multifunctional building. The object has five floors above ground and one underground floor. The structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton. The roof of the building is flat, and the terraces are designed as vegetation. In the basement is situated parking for residents, and building technical facilities. On the first floor there is space for commercial use, two shops and a cafe. In other floors are located residential units, total of twelve.
TITANIUM - Technology coarse upper stage of construction

The topic of this diploma thesis deals with the solution of selected parts of building technology design of Scientific and Technical Park Triangl that is planned to be constructed in Uherske Hradiste. This complex of buildings will be used for civil, administrative and residential purposes. The thesis describes creation of foundation constructions, design of reinforced concrete frames, transportation of building materials and machinery to the building site. This thesis also contains a design and a technical report about facilities of the construction site, pre-defined mechanical assembly, control and test plans and the budgets and schedules of the construction work. Required applications to carry out the construction, suggestions for reinforcement of the foundation construction as well as financial costs are also included in the thesis.

The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceiling structures, a quality control and testing plan for monolithic ceiling structures. The diploma thesis also includes the calculation of construction according to THU, a occupational health and safety plan, concreting economics, a noise study, a selected points LEED certification and a budget with site equipment costs.
