History of "Paris avenue" and art fate

The main meaning and message of this intended absolvent work is primary dedicated to an understandable analyses trying to rationally concentrate on relevant artistically historical values of one of the most controversial and problematic avenue of Prague Capitol - "Paris avenue". The work tries to follow also the broader historical cultural analyses reflecting the destiny of Prague Old town since the existing Jewish City to those days of great Prague architekt transformation until the admired and also at the same time damned boulevard reflecting the Paris pattern Champs Élysées. The work also concetrate on detailed actual description of selective houses and buildings closely connected with therespective avenue.
The Character of Golem in German and Czech Author's Works

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavou Golema v dílech německých a českých autorů. V první kapitole se zaměřuji na Prahu na přelomu 19. a 20. století, kde se tomuto tématu věnovali hlavně němečtí, převážně židovští autoři. Jejich tvorba je označována pojmem "pražská německá literatura". Vedle nich o Golemovi píší i čeští spisovatelé. V druhé kapitole přibližuji dobu za vlády Rudolfa II., kdy žil rabi Löw, který podle pověsti Golema stvořil a oživil šémem. Poslední kapitola je věnována obecným informacím o oživlé hliněné postavě. Následně zde analyzuji jednotlivá díla předem vybraných autorů. Po zhodnocení sedmi bodů, na které jsem se ve své práci zaměřila, uvádím výsledky této analýzy. V některých případech uchopili autoři jednotlivé situace velice podobně, v některých se značně odlišovali. Právě odlišnost přístupu a pestré variace zpracování dotváří Golemův mysteriozní obraz.

Mikulášská street rebuilding after demolition of Prague Jewish Town

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is the construction of avenue Mikulášská situated in Prague´s Old Town after the demolition of the original Jewish town. According to redevelopment plan there was built a long broad avenue in Old Town, which ideologically followed the original intent to connect the Old Town with left river bank through plain Letná up to the Prague Castle. This urban intervention brought to Prague phenomen of long wide french style boulevards. It is therefore obvious that the best architects of that time participated in the construction. Architectural front fasades are decorated predominantly in historical styles and uses elements of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Art Nouveau. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the realization of selected apartment buildings and set their visual processing in the wider context of 19th century architecture and also to map the ideological proposals of continuing the avenue Mikulášská by breaking through Letná plain.
The Old Town Secluded Places

The presented thesis is focused on the inspiration and the creation of the series of six graphic sheets. The leitmotif of this complex are the old town secluded places, namely the place of former Prague ghetto. The places, which have disappeared, are interconnected with the present by means of the graphic sheets. The aim of the thesis was to depict the Prague Jewish town and to intensify this visually grateful theme by art depicting. The thesis contains a detailed summary of the artistic and literally depicting of the lost Jewish Prague in the course of centuries. There is also a map of some chosen places of the former ghetto ? its original purpose and the original appearance in contrast with the present. Further, the thesis describes graphic techniques including the dry needle technique, which is used for six graphic sheets. The thesis further deals with the topic of use of the graphic technique at the art schools. The conclusion of the thesis is the consideration regarding the collision of the present and seemingly lost world within the former Jewish Prague.
Proposal of sight-seeing tours for tourists of Třebíč

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a proposal of sight-seeing tours for visitors of Třebíč. Firstly the city of Třebíč is characterized generally and then in term of tourism. It also deals with the analysis of tourism. Within this analysis the detailed SWOT analysis summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the city is drawn up. Furthermore the composition of visitors coming to Třebíč most frequently is examined. On the basis of this details two sight-seeing tours aimed for individual segments of visitors are defined. The first of them is designed for all tourists coming to the city but primarily for organized excursions of local and foreign tourists. The second one is focused on school trips and primary school children who represent an important segment of visitors of the city of Třebíč.
