Development of cooperation between family and nursery school

This thesis deals with the forms of cooperation between parents and nursery school. The theoretical part focuses on family and school as educational institutions, their definition, historical development and the related current trends in cooperation between them. It defines the forms of cooperation in the core curriculum and is looking for inspiring elements of this strategy and cooperation in innovative educational programs, "Step by Step" and "Health Promoting Schools" The empiric part presents the research that focuses on development cooperation nursery schools and families. Program School Promoting Health and his Implementation in Selected Region

In my Bachelor Thesis I deal with the program Health Promotion School and its implementation in a selected region. I focused on elementary school in the Vysočina region. In the theoretical part, I deal with the explanation of the concept of color and the short history of the development of the definition. The second chapter deals with the European Health Policy, which manages health promotion programs. I am also describing the fugitive health policy in the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the State Health Institute, which have a share in the Health Promotion School. In the third chapter, I deal with a Health Promotion School, where I explain the importance of the program and the individual pillars and principles to be met in this program. The aim was to find out how each school involved in the Health Promotion School succeeded in meeting the individual pillars and principles of the program. In the practical part I used qualitative research, where I led the semi-structured interview with the informants. These interviews I directly studied directly to the schools. This work can be beneficial to families and educators who want to learn more about the School Health Promotion program, also for students or educational or health care disciplines or schools involved in this program. These results can be used to compare schools or as a suggestion to implement new methods. Work can be expanded through detailed research with pupils, co-working partners, teachers, or pupils' parents.
Stress research of teachers of selected elementary schools

In 2003 The National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) in Prague carried out project of health promotion entitled "Reducing the risk of mental workload of teachers in primary schools and the possibility of objectification." The research was conducted in collaboration with 17 randomly selected elementary schools in Prague (the total population of 157 female teachers over 40 years. The research was consisted of three parts: questionnaire survey, interview and collection of medical data (hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, smoking). This diploma thesis follows up on this research, but within the available options it deals only with questionnaire survey (without collection of medical data). In 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers of selected elementary schools, and 604 questionnaires were filled out, and it was monitored whether teachers were taught at primary schools or schools involved in the Health Promotion School. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis deals with various theoretical approaches to stress, coping strategies and analysis of stressors that are specific to the teaching profession.
