Crimes committed under the influence of alcohol

The bachelor thesis is elaborated on the theme "Criminal Activities while Intoxicated". The first (theoretical) part is subdivided into two sections the first of which is named "Alcohol, Alcohol Abuse and Effects" and the other is named "Alcohol and crime." The section "Alcohol, Alcohol Abuse and Effects" deals mainly with the problems of alcohol abuse and its effects on the human body. The alcohol concept is defined in its introduction and the section is also devoted to its basic characterization. Then the thesis focuses on the effects of alcohol on a man, whether in the psychological aspect or in the physiological aspect. The problems of health complications due to excessive alcohol consumption (alcohol abuse) and due to becoming addicted to the consumption of alcoholic beverages are also treated separately. Then the thesis focuses on individual stages of alcohol intoxication and deals with various forms of intoxication. The second section of the theoretical part named "Alcohol and Crime" then studies the relation between crime and alcohol and their mutual interrelation and conditionality. Analysis of multicopter design concepts

The main objective of this thesis is to design multicopter with very high flight endurance compared with commonly achieved performances. The beginning is devoted to description of the commonly used terms and components on multicopters with MTOW up to 20kg. This part is followed by detecting dependencies of parameters between themselves from parametric analysis commercially available platforms. Subsequently are investigated factors affecting the efficiency of the propulsion unit like motor location on the arm and the voltage of the battery. Next is done comparison in terms of efficiency of configuration with one motor per arm and two motors in coaxial arrangement. In research the coaxial configuration one part is dedicated to the determination of the efficiency at different speeds of two motors and different directions of propeller rotation relative to each other. Subsequently is determined reference characteristic for efficiency of propulsion units with different weights. Especially in connection with the next part is here shown comparison of Li-Ion and Li-Po battery. The last part is about design multicopter based on previous findings.

Crimes committed under the influence of alcohol

I processed a bachelor's work on the subject of "Criminal activity under the influence of alcohol." The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part focuses mainly on the problematic of alcohol abuse and on the influence of alcohol on the human organism. Individual stages are addressed - intoxication with alcohol and types of insobriety. Further, the changes (e.g. functional) regarding human organism are addressed. The second part describes abuse of alcohol as a criminogenic factor and criminal activity related to the consumption of alcohol. In the practical part, based on studying selected cases of the Regional Court in Prague, where offenders committed criminal activities under the influence of alcohol, the influence of this addictive substance on particular behavior of an individual, their personality and environment where they live is researched. The conclusions are confronted with in practice enforced preventive measured in the framework of the Czech Republic - in terms of entirety and effectiveness. The aim of my work is to confirm a hypothesis regarding the harmfulness (danger) of alcohol abuse by an individual for society, in terms of criminality.

K tématu mé diplomové práce jsem se dostal v průběhu třetího ročníku studia na Pedagogické fakultě UK, kdy jsem na jednom ze seminářů zpracovával stavební památky Libně. Jednou z těchto památek byl i tehdy ještě stojící objekt První pražské strojírny. Protože zpracování historie tohoto podniku v literatuře jsem vzhledem k jeho někdejšímu významu považoval za nedostatečné, pojal jsem plán na sepsání dějin tohoto závodu. Po seznámení se s dostupnými prameny jsem bohužel musel uznat, že k vytvoření diplomové práce je materiálu příliš málo. Protože jsem se však tématu nechtěl vzdát, pokusil jsem se o zpracování historie objektu v období, kdy již patřil Elektrickým podnikům, což vzhledem k množství archiválií v Archivu Dopravních podniků vypadalo velmi nadějně a navíc korespondovalo s mým zájmem o dopravní problematiku. Creation of the Enterprise Architecture model according to the TOGAF framework

The present diploma thesis aims at introducing the Enterprise Architecture and creating an abstract model of a company. The primary focus is on application and process layers as defined in the architecture framework TOGAF. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical chapter starts with a business model analysis which means to describe mission vision and companys values as a part of the strategy framework. Furthermore the business processes are described in the latter part of this section. This chapter attempts to explain how to map a business process and to categorize it by nature and maturity level. Penultimate chapter introduces the Enterprise Architecture in general. This section includes arguments as to why the companies should be concerned with the Enterprise Architecture advantages of the Enterprise Architecture implementation into the companys documentation relationship of companys core business and IT and examples of the Enterprise Architecture frameworks. The last chapter deals with the TOGAF framework where Architecture Development Method is described. This means how Enterprise Architecture model is created and how to implement changes into the layers according to the TOGAF framework. Simultaneously the last section of this chapter describes the reference models which provide graphical overview of all abstractions layers. The practical part of the thesis elaborates on the theoretical part using the Architecture Development Method process in order to create the Enterprise Architecture model according to TOGAF framework. Same as the theoretical part it only focuses on the application and process layer. Firstly the business model is decomposed into vision mission and companys values to the companys strategy and business goals in order to grasp further understanding of business processes detailed description. Subsequently the abovementioned aspects are recomposed to create process map which provides the management overview. The application layer undergoes the same process; nonetheless the process map is replaced by information system description and reference model creation. Once the models are created the thesis compares them with the business and strategic goals. The benefit brought by this thesis is critical evaluation of current status to propose changes to achieve target architacture according business and strategic goals established by management.

Valuation standard no. X - determination of the lease rental vehicles

New Valuation Standard number X. is recomended for experts as a methodological tool, unifying procedure for calculating the lease (rental) of replacement vehicle. This Standard uses calculating methods and comparative method in determining the standard rental value of a replacement vehicle with o total weight up to 3.5 tonnes, provided for a repair time of a damaged (repaired) vehicle or a vehicle whose repair is uneconomic (total damage). Method is useable also for determining the levels of compensations in payment of insurance claims, thereby the placing limits of damage compensations after and accident are accountable and comparable based on the usual price.

Digital tachographs in expert practice

The introduction of digital tachographs has brought many changes compared to previously used analogue tachograph. Legislation addressing this issue is quite extensive and often amended. Ever-present threat of industrial equipment, which affect the observed, and the stored data has a negative impact on road safety. The aim of this paper is to present a comprehensive overview of legislation regulating the issue of digital tachographs in relation to the introduction and use of digital tachographs, with obligations to use a tachograph, tachograph functional requirements. Process further review of data on vehicle operation recorded with a digital tachograph and analyze their availability in terms of approval of the different actors (the driver, carrier, service, police, other supervisory authorities).

Contribution of this work is the elaboration of recommendations for the expert's methodology in analyzing data from the digital tachograph.

Design of VUT 051 RAY aircraft with hybrid power unit

The master´s thesis deals with a design of hybrid power unit for a small aircraft. The Introductory part goes into the problems of hybrid power unit and describes its current use in aviation. In the next part of the thesis aircrafts VUT 051 RAY and Skyleader 600 are described and the aircraft with better aerodynamic characteristic is chosen. A suitable conception of hybrid power unit is proposed for this aircraft. On the basis of the proposed conception basic flight performance are figured out. After that a weight and blance analysis are made with the chosen power unit components and thair arrangement. In the final part electric motor mounting and a frame for holding batteries are designed.

The rationalization of Construction price statistics

The subject of the thesis "Rationalization of Construction price statistics" is to outline the issue of reporting of construction activities in the Czech Republic and try to be as simple as possible for statistical purposes, if possible. From a theoretical approach for construction work price indices and their stats go over to the practical part calculation of indices. Available data from the Czech Statistical Office on price indices of building work in recent years converted in terms of weights of permanent representatives from the perspective of individual statements. The goal is, to find a satisfying combination of representatives of both methodological procedures and exclude them from the forms for reporting. This should be saved in time statistical survey of individual respondents and abridged interpretation of outputs of the Czech Statistical Office.
