Marketing of company Mobil Gas Centrum, Ltd

The thesis investigated the company MOBIL GAS CENTRUM, spol. s. r. o., providing installation, servicing and sale of LPG, CNG in cars and trucks. The aim of which is to help the company to better understand its market position, specify its customers and target audience, competitors and possibly suggest a better way to communicate with customers. The work also describes the marketing mix, marketing objectives and strategies of the company studied, examined the competition using Porter's model of five forces of competitive and marketing research using questionnaires. The conclusion summarizes all the information and formulated recommendations.
Current Trends in the Czech Mortgage Market

This bachelor thesis concentrates primarily on the current situation in the Czech mortgage market. It presents the historical development, organization and the current situation in mortgage banking. It describes the basic characteristics of the mortgage loan, which includes the statutory definition of the mortgage loan, basic terms and parameters, division and types of mortgage loans, mortgage application, costs and fees associated with the loan, state aid, possibilities of drawings and repayments of the mortgage loan, the impact of the borrower's death or divorce of married couple on the mortgage loan etc. The main part of my bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of individual mortgage loans from the five largest mortgage lenders with the goal to recommend the best mortgage loan for particular model clients.
Energy Market and its Possible Future

This work explains the concept of energy, its inclusion in the national economy and provides ways of producing electricity in the Czech Republic along with future based on their visions of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The aim of this study is to evaluate the development of electricity production in the Czech Republic. Especially if it really is undergoing changes, the reasons for which any changes occur and whether they are consistent with the visions of the Czech Republic and the European Union. It also indicates that the contribution of renewable energy significantly affects the price for the final consumer. A confirmation or refusal of the contribution's influence will be presented at a price example. The basis for price example is a price list of ČEZ, a.s., for analysis of eclectic energy production will be used The Annual report of the CZ ES operation 2013.
Decision-Making and Process of Housing Financing in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is describe and analysis decision-making process and housing finance in the Czech Republic. Especially considering the fact of choosing between their own housing, which is often sourced in debt, or rental housing. This option picked up in popularity, especially after 2008, when gradually to reduce the costs associated with debt financing of real estate. The thesis contains terms related to the real estate market, defines housing types and desition making. Then follows the analysis of primary and secundary data and create models.
Opportunities and Possibility of new Banks in the Czech Market

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of opportunities and possibilities of new banks in the Czech market. In the first four chapters there is summarized the theoretical background of concerning the financial market, the banking system, the central banking and the concept of commercial banks. The theoretical part is followed by chapter five, where PEST analysis is used in connection with the aim of this work to analyze the opportunities and possibilities of new banks in the market. The sixth chapter describes the banking sector in the Czech republic, the code mobility of clients and the new banks, which entered the Czech banking sector in 2007-2014. The seventh chapter characterizes the selected banks. The last chapter contains the analysis of the comparison of the position of the Sberbank according to its competition. The conclusion summarizes the whole issue of the thesis.
Supranational Currency as a Form of Money

In the work I deal with describing the origin of money from the exchange of goods for other goods across commodity trade, the first coins and banknotes, up to today's cash and cashless form of money. Also I will indicate the meaning and function of money for humans. In the main part I will devote a common currency the euro. I will describe what the conditions are for receive and advantages and disadvantages. The main objective of this work is to determine if the euro changes the country's economy and stabilizes her. For comparison I chose five countries. For countries that use the euro I will describe the process by which they had to pass before they received. I will evaluate countries using some macroeconomic indicators. On the base of results I will recommend whether Czech Republic has to receive the euro as soon as possible or wait.
Process of Euro adoption in the Czech Republic

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is describe the process of Euro adoption in the Czech Republic. This work will focus on the European Economic and Monetary Union, on the Eurozone, on preparation of the Czech Republic for Euro adoption and on the fulfilment of the Maastricht criteria. I will make the comparison of the Czech Republic and Slovakia on the basis on the Maastricht criteria. At the conclusion there will make an analysis whether the Czech Republic is able to adopt the Euro.
Financing of Theaters in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with options for financing of theatres in the Czech Republic. Czech Republic is attempting to use more sources for financing of theatres in which share of public sources is unsubstitutable. The thesis is even mainly concerned with these public sources. Theatres wouldn't probably exist without these sources. Firstly there are defined basic terms in theoretical part, including analysis of models of theatre operations and short historical excursion. Secondly statistical information is following and the end of theoretical part deals with particular types for financing of theatres in detailed distinction of public, private and internal sources. Second part of the thesis is executed in the form of case study with the main object of the National Theatre as state allowance organization. Particularly is conducted analysis of financing of this theatre, including definition of available options of gaining financial sources. Upon detected facts there are recommendations made how to more or effectively exploit financial opportunities. As a part of case study there is also assessment of the basic economy indicators of the 2013 year. The purpose of the thesis is to make an overview of available methods of financing theatres as distinctive economic subject and in the case of the National Theatre to suggest solutions for prospective improvements.
Basic Income as an Instrument of Social Policy

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse the theoretical concept of basic income. Its primary goal is to provide financial security to all members of society and to improve the social and economic situation. While using approaches from normative economics, the work analyses and assesses the current social security scheme. Changes have been made to this scheme resulting in a new model of this system. The goal is achieved by the integration of basic income between other instruments while aiming to simplify and fairly distribute social benefits. The main limitation is financing of this new model which creates a deficit in the budget. Possible action towards dealing with this issue is highlighted in the end of the last chapter.
Financial Literacy in the Czech Republic

The aim of my thesis is to outline the current situation of the issue of financial literacy of the population in the Czech Republic. It pays attention to the theoretical aspects of financial literacy from many angles. The practical part is focused on the possible consequences of financial illiteracy and their consequent effects on individuals. The outcome of my work is the proposal how to use the basic tools of the state to achieve financial literacy.
