Title: Schedule Innovations for the Czech Tourist Club, Department Kobylisy Objectives: The objective of this Bachelor Thesis is to improve the schedule of events for the Czech Tourist Club, Department of Kobylisy. To find out what factors influence decisions about participation in club events. To create a plan of action customized according to the identified interests, wishes and possibilities of members of the Czech Tourist Club, Department Kobylisy, which will help increase the participation of members in the club events. Methods: Method of work is a market research in a form of a written interview. It is a structured quantitative research. Several years of personal observations were used as complementary methods. Results: The results indicated that the membership in the Club of Czech Tourists, Department Kobylisy, consists essentially of two age categories and it is necessary to target events according to their preferences and interests. In the practical part the results of the written questioning, under which the proposed enhanced planning events for the Department of Kobylisy are described and graphically showed. Title: Sponsorship of FC Fastav Zlín Goals: The main goal of this thesis is to create new sponsorship offer to FC Fastav Zlín which will use the potential of the club. Within the framework of this topic there will be done analysis of current sponsorship situation of the club, which will help to create complex offer, and later suggestions of concrete offers for selected sponsors. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is analysis of documents - for creating general and statistic part of the offer - which was later combined with interview with management of the club - to research for other relevant and important information about the club and to receive requirements for creating sponsor offers. Results: The analysis revealed that club has old and incompetent list of offers. Therefore there were first summarized information about attendance of football matches, results during last years or current main players. Later there were created 3 sponsorship packages which can be used as a ground for negotiating with potential sponsors. Finally there were created concrete offers for selected companies. Title: Research on the perception of Skechers brand product design viewed by generation Y Goals: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to find how generation Y perceives the sports shoes design of Skechers brand. To determine, which design factors are the most important during the selection of a sports shoes. An integral part of the thesis is to choose the most popular types of sports shoes, in the eyes of generation Y and also to find out how they perceive stoles of those shoes and their thallus. Methods: The practical part of this thesis, the marketing research, was conducted via electronic questionnaire, which was distributed using social networks and email. The main part of the questionnaire consists of pictures of Skechers shoes, and also of general questions asking respondents about their perception of sports shoes design. Results: Results of the research will be used not only to evaluate how sports shoes design of the Skechers brand is perceived by generation Y but also ease the choice for specific Czech shoe selling companies when selecting from a new collection of products. Title: Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction in Tenis Center Dobříš Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out customer satisfaction with the service provided in Tenis Center Dobříš. Based on the data from survey and identified shortcomings suggest proposals to improve customer service. Methods: Marketing research was based on questionnaire survey. Writing questionnaire method was chosen. It is a primary data. The results are clearly summarized into graphs. To acquire informations of actual situation was used semi-structured interview. Information from interview leads to the creation of the questionnaire. Results: The results of marketing analysis shows, that customers of Tenis Center Dobříš are mostly satisfied. We will use this offer, look for the strengths and weaknesses and modify the offer in the process. Title of study: Corporate design of Maja Sport ski school Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to design a new corporate design for the ski school Maja Sport with a proposal for its implementation. Partial aims to achieve main objective are analysis of corporate design of major competitors and analysis of the current state of corporate design ski school Maja Sport. Methods: To achieve the set goals have been used several methods. Analyses of corporate design are based primarily on methods of observation and analysis of documents. Creating a draft of new design is based on collective brainstorming and informal talks with the owner and manager of the ski school. Results: The thesis found significant weaknesses in the current corporate design ski schools Maja Sport. Compared with the competition, its design is highly fragmented and looks unprofessional. For this reason, the thesis designed completely new corporate design. The practical outcome of this work is a proposal for implementation and design manual with rules and examples of use of the proposed new company design. Title: Objectives: Methods: Results: Keywords: Sales Promotion of Reebok Products for CrossFit The main goal of this work was to set a new sales promotion for Reebok Cross-Fit collection of products, which company has in its portfolio. Different methods were used to analyze the information and its subsequent synthesis and evaluation. Among the used analyses were put competitor analysis, BCG matrix and SWOT analysis. The work result is a newly selected product sales promotion of the Reebok Cross-Fit series that could be real-world implemented.
