Education and development of employees

This diploma thesis deals with the educational and development system of the employees who work as operators in the company Informační linky, s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current educational and development system of the call centre employees and to formulate improving recommendations. First parts deal with the theoretical background of the topic, following chapters contain the analysis of the educational and development system in the company -- the system is described and on the basis of the research, fields to be improved are discovered and proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities are suggested.
Cultural dimensions of Spain with emphasis on labor market

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to describe the culture of the Kingdom of Spain, to define its cultural dimensions and then to compare it with the results of the Czech Republic. The work offers not only general information about Spain and about its culture but also focuses on its economy and current situation on its labor market.

The aim of this bachelor's study is to describe and analyze the employee motivation and benefits in the payroll system and human recources field. Theoretical part attends to general terms as the employee motivation, the theory of the motivation,the types of the employee benefits, the influence of benefits to the employee's working performance. The practial part focuses on Elanor company, includes introduction of the company, it's history and the present, the offer of the employee benefits. Next part attends to the results of questionaire survey, the analysis of the results. In last part of this bachelor's study there are written the suggestions for the company.
Perspective of the entry of the Hershey Company on the Czech market

The main goal of the Master's thesis is to find out if the Hershey Company, a traditional American producer of chocolate products, has a chance to succeed on the Czech market. In the first section we are introduced to methods of marketing situation analysis and market research. In the next part of the thesis is described the Hershey Company, its marketing mix and main competition on the market. The analytic part researches preferences of Czech consumers when buying chocolate products and also their attitude to broaden range of chocolate products caused by the entry of a new chocolate producer. The final part of the thesis provides recommendations for the company that result from analytic part of the Master's thesis.
Launch of a New Nonprofit Organization

The aim of this thesis is to analyze Kladno kindergarten market in order to find out whether there is room for a new kindergarten operating according to forest kindergarten principles. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the nonprofit organizations marketing in general and its specifics. The thesis further deals with the idea of the forest kindergarten itself, describes its history and the current situation in the Czech Republic and finally it explores the conditions necessary for utilizing this alternative concept of pre-school education in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis the analysis of the pre-school education supply in Kladno is compared to local demographics, respectively the local demand. The market research part investigates possible clients' requirements for a kindergarten and reveals whether the respondents would be interested in a forest kindergarten being opened. Based on the results of the research a proposal of the new kindergarten is defined and a communication campaign suitable for the kindergarten's market entry is described.
Australia´s cultural standards

The first part of the thesis deals with the concept of culture, its elements and problems which may arise between two cultures. Then I mention the elements on which compare culture Hofstede, Trompenaars and Thomas. The second part focus on general information about Australia and then on characteristics of Australian culture mentioned in the literature. In the last part, I analyze how the Czechs perceive Australian culture on the basis of survey. The end of the thesis includes advice and recommendations on how to deal with the Australian cultural specifics.
Cultural dimensions of Russia

First part of the thesis deals with theory of culture, cultural dimensions and standards. Practical part describes characteristics of Russia and its cultural aspects. Application part focuses on analysis of Czech and Russian opinions of Russian society and also verifies hypothesis that Czechs have different opinions and their knowledge of Russian cultural dimensions is insufficient. The last part of the application part are recommendations for Czechs for effective dealing with Russians.
Globalisation and it´s impacts on labour market

The first chapter familiarizes with globalisation and defines it's basic fields of impacts. Within these impacts belong space-time compression, economic and environmental impacts, effects of globalisation on economic power of states and it also gives argumets for topic of inequality of economic and social growth. The second chapter describes impacts of globalisation on labour market. It concerns changes in international spatial division of labour and impacts on global unemployment, that is connected with technological progress and automation. It deals with topic of international migration and brain drain, that every economy has to face. It evaluates competitiveness of human capital of Czech Republic on the basis of basic and tertiary education, risks of brain drain in Czech Republic and computer skills of czech population. The third chapter summarizes conclusions from previous chapter and gives comments, observations and recommendations.
Position of airline Travel Service on market

This bachelor thesis deals with the position of the biggest private Czech airline Travel Service on market. This thesis is divided in four parts in a logical sequence. First chapter is dedicated to history of the company, from its establishment to the present, the chapter engaged in the development and fleet and also contains information about management of the company. The second chapter is describing actual fleet, particular key positions and focuses on the development of the company, in terms of number of the passengers, as well as profitability. Next chapter is dedicated to strategy and operation on the market, that reflect all relevant and important changes which has the company gone through during the whole period of its existence. Last chapter describes main competitors in the Czech republic and also in Europe. The purpose of this thesis is seamlessly unify information and interesting facts about the company, which in few years got to the top in its field and continues to grow and expands its operation to other countries.
