The purpose of this bachelor's work is to submit to Faculty of Bussiness and Management of VUT a proposal for opening of educational courses for managers. The aim of the courses is to develop manager's competences. The work analyses in detail the competences, compares ideal personality of manager with the real situation that was discovered during the survey. Finally it defines the development needs of managers. The scheme of the educational courses is assembled the way that would satisfy the development needs.

The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy. Based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of contemporary conditions of the company, proposal of marketing strategy is developed. It is supposed to distinguish company position beside other companies and to get awareness of public. This leads to gaining new clients and as a result of achieving higher sales and profits.
