Development of Construction of Residential Properties in Brno - Žabovřesky

The main task in this thesis is to clarify the development of residential properties in the locality of Brno – žabovřesky. Diploma thesis is focusing on history of this locality until present. In the thesis is described in detail survey of the significant residential buidings, historically protected villas, construction of residential complex, thus the whole constructions and their development, transformations or expansion. The work is divided into few construction periods, while the biggest and the highest quality development was during the First Republic. Components of thesis are created maps of area, which describe urban pattern of locality and emplacement some residential objects. These maps are linked by analysis of development opportunities in construction, structural built-up urban area, however it must be said, that locality, from the aspect of other possible constructions is already largely in finish.

This Diploma thesis is dealing with development construction of residental real estates in the area of Brno – Černá Pole. It is concentrated on the development of real estate from the beginning of development in the sixties of 19th century till present. It is also include Černa Pole´s history. The work is divided into few construction periods, where is discribed in detail survey of the significant residental buildings. The highest quality development was during the First republic. Development of this area is almost finished in the seventies of 19th century and from this time it is mostly focused on building attics or reconstraction. The work contains maps, where we can see how was the area amplify.

This work define concrete social and environmental factors and their relations and explain on the basis of them the different prices of similar properties situated in this district. On the basis of obtained datas qantify effect of specific factors on the property price.

Analysis of the Location Impact on the Price of Housing Units in Olomouc

The master s thesis deals with the influence of location impact on the price of housing units in Olomouc. The theoretical part describes some basic concepts, whitch are necessary for understanding the issue and also provides valuation methods used in this thesis. The practical part of the thesis describes the location Olomouc and its parts specifically. The following is a description of the apartments, their location, quality and other facts identified by the place investigation. Other chapters focuses on comparative technique method to estimate the administrative price and market valuation to estimate the market price. Finally are compared unit prices of the apartments to each other and evaluated teh influence of the estimated price of the apartment.
Criteria Influencing Ski Resort Profits

The main goal of my work is to set the criteria which have an influence on the profit of the ski resorts. The topic deals with building valuation, public database and data about air temperature. The part of the thesis is about building valuation of two companies that own chosen ski resorts. The valuation is done by the definite valuation regulation, single objects in the way given by the valuation notice. For main influential criteria was needed to get the information about profit and expense, this information was necessary for assessment of the company profit. From this information we can say that gross profit relies on the rent which both companies have to pay for ski lift and lift area. Assessment of criteria is about the location of the ski resorts. The most important criteria are the accommodation capacity and the weather. The accommodation capacity is going together with attendance. Because of the possibility of sleeping over the visitors of the ski resorts, the weather and the air temperature have an influence on the snow quality and this is going together with the length of the skiing season.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Flat Units in Standardized Houses on the Outskirts of Brno

This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of selected methods of apartment valuation in the location of Brno, in specific on the apartment - high-rise block. The theoretical part describes the basic notions connected with valuation, describes the methods of valuation and also the valuated locations itself. The practical part deals with the aparment valuation using these methods - the method according to price provision, specifically comparative technique, then the comparative method itself but not according to price provision and finally using the yield method for an assessment of the current price.

Dissertation is focused on creating a systematic procedure for processing expertise, assessing defects in the design documentation in a limited period from 1880 to 1949.
