Consolidated Financial Statements

The master's thesis deals with the issue of the consolidation of financial statements. The first part of thesis, there are explained important terms and methods, which are linked to consolidation. The theoretical information is used for work out a practical part, which includes making new consolidated financial statements in consortium HOLOUBEK. The new statements are related to change in consolidation group.

Mikhail Gorelov, his work and trace in Czechoslovakia

The bachelor's thesis deals with the life and work of a Russian journalist and writer in exile Mikhail Mikhailovich Gorelov, which has not yet been the subject of a single scientific work in our environment. The thesis focuses on Gorelov's residing in Czechoslovakia, where he was to receive financial support within the program of Russian aid action. The year after Gorelov died in France, his only dystopian novel called Anno Diaboli was published in a newspaper Národní listy in Prague. The research is based on printed and archival sources that are available in the Czech Republic. Selected Bacterial and Viral Infections Transmitted through Sexual Contact

Selected bacterial and viral infections transmitted through sexual contact The abstract This thesis deals with selected bacterial and viral venereal disease. It is an STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) transmitted mainly through sexual contact. The elaborated retrieval work deals with the occurrence of these selected infections - chlamydia, gonorrhea, chancroid, syphilis, hepatitis B, AIDS, genital herpes, genital warts and cervical cancer. Its task is a summary of the issue of sexually transmitted diseases, a detailed introduction to current information and results of scientific research. The attention is paid to the individual diseases, the general characteristics of viruses or bacteria, symptoms and mode of transmission. Further the study points to ways of diagnosis and treatment, epidemiological incidence of infection. Last but not least the emphasis is on prevention. Accidents prevention and safe movement on watercourses in the Czech Republic

This work focuses on the possibilities of accidents prevention and safe movement in the Czech water tourism in the comparison with the advanced preventive-safety system of tourist-mountaineering activities in Alpine countries. I am concerned with the level of Czech safety system by finding out the number of persons to which the accidents and drownings on our rivers refer to in this work. Further on I consider whether a specific type of publication is successful on the market of water tourism and canoeing area as a mean to increase the safety, and which other kinds of means are used to reduce the quantity of accidents. I summarize which subjects are interested in this issue and by which manner they participate in improving the conditions on the water in the main part of this work. I suggest the possibilities of increasing the safety on Czech watercourses in the conclusion. Following methods were used in this work: the method of induction on the basis of questionnaires, the method of processed results of dialogues with selected rental shops comparison and the descriptive statistical methods in the form of graphical analysis. Title: MABC-2 test battery analysis of primary school children with hearing impairment Objectives: The objective of this work consisted in assessing motor skills in children from the primary school degree at elementary school Holečkova for children with hearing impairment using the assessment battery MABC- 2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children - Second Edition). Achieved results were compared to standard population of British children. The secondary objective consisted in assessing the relation between the results from using the assessment battery and reported participation in regular movement activities. Methods: The assessment of the motor activity in children with hearing impairment was performed by using the assessment battery MABC-2 (Henderson et al., 2007). The method of comparison between the results from assessed and standard children were used in this work. It was revealed by a non- standard questionnaire whether the children do sports, in which way and where. Descriptive statistical methods in the form of graphical analyses were used to process the results. Results: Children with hearing impairment from 6 to 14 years of age were showing significant difficulties in abilities of catching and aiming on target in comparison to the standard population.
