Analysis of local marketing campaign Made in Slovakia.

The diploma thesis focuses on local marketing campaign Made in Slovakia, created by international pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline Ltd. The primary aim of this paper is to analyze a evaluate success of the campaign, which was created locally for the Slovak market. This paper is divided into several parts. The theoretical part deals with marketing communication, communication mix and evaluating of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The following chapter is focused on the issue of local and global marketing campaigns in connection with marketing communication. The practical part then introduces company GSK Ltd. and marketing campaign Made in Slovakia. The major part describes several phases of its preparation and implementation. Next section is devoted to the success and effectiveness of the campaign, based on sales data and the results of consumer promotion. The final chapter summarizes the key results and solutions of improving this area, especially for creating new GSK marketing campaigns.
Marketing strategy of Zovirax

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of brand Zovirax and, according to this analysis, recommend the improvements into the future. Theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the basic terms related to marketing. The second chapter describes the term brand and its role in marketing. The third chapter dedicates to theoretical definition of marketing strategy with its elements including strategies at the level of product, price, distribution and communication. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which deals with the actual marketing strategy of Zovirax. Proposals for improvements and suggestions into the future are based on the SWOT analysis, analysis of competition, analysis of current marketing strategy and on my own research.
Physiogel relaunch on Czech and Slovak market

A new product launch is important and difficult part of product life cycle. It also means uneasy process for company. Goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate chosen marketing mix strategy of relaunch Physiogel on Czech and Slovak market through marketing plan conduct and realization of marketing research focusing on target group. Theoretical part offers basics for better understanding of the topic. Then practical part, consists from two phases, offering conduct of marketing plan and structure, analysis of marketing research and evaluation of results. Output from these activities will consist not only from analysis and evaluation of marketing mix strategy, but also enrichment of information concerning target group and proposal of marketing activities for the brand for year 2014.
