Exportní příležitosti českých firem v Iráku

V práci jsem se zaměřila na vývozní možnosti českých firem do Iráku. Cílem bylo ukázat nejen potenciální oblasti exportu, ale také konkrétní formy vstupu na irácký trh a zohlednit i všechna rizika teritoria. Poukázat jsem chtěla i na různé formy vládní a jiné podpory českého vývozu. V závěru jsou zmíněna obchodní specifika a zvyklosti, na které se musí exportéři připravit. Práce měla být pro české firmy komplexním návodem na vývoz do Irácké republiky.

The aim of the thesis "Business Plan for Establishing of a Fitness center" is the elaboration of a bussines plan on establishment of the real fitness center. The theoretical part is aimed to characterize small and medium business, its importance for national economy and also represents the structure and content of a business plan. The practical part is concentrated on creation of the bussines plan on establishment of the fitness center in Dolní Břežany. The work closes with the final summary and financial evaluation of this project.

Master's thesis handles business plan establishing private nursery school Lipka. The first part deals with the legislative requirements for the operation of nursery schools and describes the existing school with the same educational concept. The second part includes a description of the company, market analysis, a description of the implementation, financing plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis.
