Strategic Analysis of Avon Cosmetics Ltd. and evaluation of the impact of strategic decisions on the prosperity of the company

Thesis gives insight into the strategic policy and its prospects in the company Avon Cosmetics, ltd. The aim of thesis is to reveal the barriers that caused a reduction in performance of the company and other development options to restore the former prosperity through processing of detailed strategic analysis. Based on the results of processed strategic analysis and evaluation of strategic decision there are derives strategic recommendations at the end of the work which specify the company's weakenesses, threats and opportunities.

Práce se zabývá aplikací Balanced Scorecard (BSC) jako nástroje řízení strategie společnosti Formy Tachov, s.r.o., divize Opravna. Nejprve je provedena analýza úspěšnosti stávající strategie společnosti pomocí analýzy ekonomické výkonnosti společnosti jako celku i jejích divizí. Dále je provedena analýza tvorba hodnoty pro vlastníky společnosti pomocí nástroje INFA. Dále je v práci navržena nová strategie společnosti i jejích divizí. Strategie společnosti je říená pomocí systémového vyladění divizí se strategií společnosti na celoorganizační úrovni. Pro řízení strategií je navržen systém BSC cílů a indikátorů, dále jsou navrženy BSC stratgické mapy společnosti jako celku i jejích divizí.
Importance and creation of strategy for SME

Although strategic management is one of the most important part of company management, SME management is not focused on it or only a little. If SMEs are interested to exist on market in a long term, they will have to soon or later start with making strategies and apply methods of strategic management. Target of my thesis was to make strategic analysis and create design of strategy's variant of small enterprise. The thesis highlights importance of strategy for SMEs and involves procedure of creating strategy which is applied in practice on the small enterprise.

The goal of the work is to define all the essentials of business plan and the real business plan of Auviex, s.r.o. The work is devided into two parts. First theoretical part describes main characteristics and layout of business plan. In practical part there is written out concrete business plan focused on main project of the company - International Music Festival Český Krumlov. This business plan can serve as a document for seeking new financial partners. It includes description of all activities, scheme, market analysis, competitive advantage, marketing plan, financial plan, potencial risks and possible solutions to avoid them.
Financial Plan for the Farm

The study presents a business plan for agriculture company Výkrm Tagrea s.r.o. The plan should ideally confirm that the company's prospectus is viable and should also assist a potential strategic partner in assessing the company. The study consists of two parts. The theoretical section is divided into several chapters, which describe the structure of the prospectus, its users and the reasons for its creation. The practical section focuses on the prospectus in a company that was set up in order to enter the business of building poultry farms. It also analyzes the background of the investment, the current situation in the field and the various processes in the company. The conclusion presents evaluation of the prospectus' effectiveness, including potential risks and proposals aimed at minimizing such risks.
Corporate identity in SME

The objective of this thesis is to create a corporate identity (CI) in a partical company (SME) called "VŠ LIGA, o.s.". Theoretic part is dedicated to explanation of the CI conception, of its basic parts (corporate culture, communications and design) and its importance. Practical part analizes current situation of CI in the company. Based on this analysis there were identified issues to be solved. The thesis proposes the steps to solve these issues.

My diploma thesis is focused on export possibilities for Czech companies in Iraq. It gives information about Iraq entrepreneurial environment regarding cultural and business specifics of that territory. The main aim of mine was not only to show potential export fields but also particular forms of market entry and take into account all entrepreneurial risks. There are several successful Czech companies with lot of experience on Iraq market which can be shown as examples for others. I also wanted to highlight various government and non-government support of Czech export. This dissertation should serve as an export guide to Iraq and show all aspects of Iraq business characteristics on which exporters must be prepared for.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to guide a reader through a process of a creation of a business plan, its structure and content and above that it probes the practicability and profitability of a concrete business plan, which is focused on one of the possibilities how to effectively utilize a potential in a public transport for the marketing purposes. The main idea of this business plan arises from a conviction that existing ordinary advertising mediums in the public transport are not as attractive as they used to be few years ago and so the writer developed a business plan that utilize this scarcity and assume an establishment of a company named MetroVision which will come with a brand new and attractive product. This company is described in this plan in detail, including its financial plan for first five years.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the emission trading system with greenhouse gases. The protection of the atmosphere is currently one of the world problems and in terms of that many legal regulations and international conventions were made to support this goal. The trading system is one of the accomplishments made in order to full fill these efforts. This thesis is aimed to comment and evaluate the entire utility of the system, its efectivity. The whole problem has been analysed from the view of the ČEZ, a. s. company.
