Cílem práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu společnosti Výkrm Tagrea, s.r.o., který by potvrdil životaschopnost podnikatelského záměru a posloužil tak při rozhodování potenciálnímu strategickému partnerovi. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretické část je členěna do subkapitol, ve kterých je popsána struktura podnikatelskéhoý plánu, jeho uživatelé a důvody pro jeho sestavení. Praktická část se věnuje podnikatelskému záměru ve společnosti, která byla založena za účelem realizace podnikatelského záměru výstavby hal na výkrm drůbeže. Jsou zde rozebrány důvody investiční akce, současná situace v odvětví a následně jsou popsány jednotlivé procesy v rámci společnosti. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením efektivnosti investičního záměru, včetně uvedení případných rizik a návrhů opatření. The study presents a business plan for agriculture company Výkrm Tagrea s.r.o. The plan should ideally confirm that the company's prospectus is viable and should also assist a potential strategic partner in assessing the company. The study consists of two parts. The theoretical section is divided into several chapters, which describe the structure of the prospectus, its users and the reasons for its creation. The practical section focuses on the prospectus in a company that was set up in order to enter the business of building poultry farms. It also analyzes the background of the investment, the current situation in the field and the various processes in the company. The conclusion presents evaluation of the prospectus' effectiveness, including potential risks and proposals aimed at minimizing such risks.
