Work will continue with interpreation of dialog Gorgias where Plato shows illusoly freedom of rhetor and necessary conditions for free action, which is especially self-control. The third part of the first chapter is dedicated to the dialog Phaedo and to question in which sense is possible to understand free action as freedom from body and its perspective. The last part of the first chapter is dealing with some passages of the dialog Phaedrus and shows that freedom, according to Plato, needs freedom from blindness of individual perspective given by fixation at parcicular body and that at the same time this freedom opens the way not only to unity of all parts of the individual soul and to mutual friendship of souls, but also to proper care about that which is physical. The aim of this thesis is to warn of possible problem of erosion of sustainable development concept. The study combines content and frequency analysis as well as hermeneutics and its framework builds on three essential UN documents. By the scope of these documents along with the use of secondary literature is then possible to search and analyze various conceptions of sustainable development in important documents of organizations or institutions of global level, european regional level and local level of Czech republic. With the research at the place we can say that sustainable development erodes in particular organizations, across these organizations, generally through time and space and that the erosion is caused in two ways, with the specific purpose or unconsciously. The most common was the erosion stemming from leaning on traditional neoliberal paradigm of economic growth. Except the erosion, the research can be used to examine how organizations understand the concept of sustainable development.

The city of the Republic is designed to be ruled by sovereign ruler or group of them. On the other side, the city of the Laws is degined to be ruled by the rule of law, which must be supreme. Fist intention of this essay is, after short overview of both cities, to examine so called biographic interpretation which tries to explain the diffencies of both dialogues by Plato's life experiences. The second interpretation to examine holds that the city of the Republic is just theoretical sketch which is not realizable and the city of the Laws is its humanly possible realization. The rest of this essay tries to use previous results and develop some more specific grasps of possible relations of both cities especially by reading several important and influential passages. Finally the advantages and disadvantages of all interpretations are considered and the most apparent solution is suggested. That is, both dialogues are in mutual harmony concerning the main philosophical positions, i.e. conception of virtue, soul, human nature and reason. The difference of these dialogues is caused by their different perspectives on the same...
