Risk and legal aspects of company's cyber security

The development of the entire IT sector is very dynamic and its consequences penetrate into all spheres of life of society. With the increase in the use of information technology, the risk of its abuse is rising. Targeted attacks against information technologies are a global phenomenon and their impact is causing massive economic damage in both the public and private sectors. The fight against cybercrime is never ending; that is why the issue of preventive measures reducing the risk of cyber-attacks is so significant and permanently present. Risk management, or rather building secure information systems, is an iterative, never-ending process that lasts as long as there are assets that need to be protected. It follows from the above that a company secured against cyber-attacks has a higher market value, even though its book value may be the same as the value of a less stable firm. The paper deals with the mutual influence of risk management and the sustainability of the company's operations, including the projection of risk management indicators into the value of an enterprise.

Roli kouce je pak napomoci k odstraneni pricin neprimereneho stresu koucovaneho a nastaveni schopnosti zvladani tohoto stresu tak, aby si koucovany vice uvedomoval sam sebe, aby pocit'oval radost ze sve prace a byl naplnen. Pomod koucovani si manazeri take obvykle vyrovnavaji balanci mezi osobnim a pracovnim zivotem a tak dosahuji vnitrniho uspokojeni z prace. The thesis will be dealt with the processing of implementation and using of data boxes in the state and local governments, specifically their using at the Municipal office in Chrudim. The result of the work will be suggestions and recommendations for more effective using of data boxes at the Municipal Office of Chrudim.

The bachelor thesis „Possibilities of usage of electronic signature“ proposes to give complete information about technology, laws and possibilities of usage of electronic signature. It clarifies principles of digital signature like symmetric, asymmetric cryptography, HASH function. It explains used terminology like certificate, certification authority, etc. It compares laws concerning electronic signature in Czech republic and in Slovakia. It provides guide to acquisition certificate and its installation. At the end shows possibilities of usage of electronic signature in practice.

Bezpečný model elektronického obchodování a jeho ekonomické

The purpose of the presented dissertation thesis is to contribute to the development of the theory of electronic commerce in complex conditions of „network economy“ by the partial consolidation and integration of the highly fragmented existing knowledge and ideas, i.e. to offer more compact conceptual framework, based on research of the current state of knowledge and situation in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the contemporary theoretical knowledge analysis from the areas of interest concerning the electronic commerce security, used models of electronic shops and evaluation of its economic aspects, which this type of business bears. Next contribution is unification of this knowledge and creation of the conceptual base for the ongoing recognition and theory building related to electronic commerce. The work is also focused on the area of electronic cash, possible solution of some diversifications in payment transactions. On the practical level the author attempted to narrow the knowledge “gap” in the empirical cognition of the doctoral thesis issues concerning the effectiveness of electronic commerce and generally e-commerce applications. Proposed return on investment calculation methodology applied to e-commerce area may help managers making decisions in investing to these projects.

Multifactoral Authentication of Electronic Documents

The aim of the thesis is to provide complete information regarding electronic documents and possibilities of their usage. The focus is concentrated on the area of authentication, which specifies the possibility of obtaining authentication information and describes the authentication processes itself. The diploma thesis also deals with the suggestion of multifactor authentication of electronic documents for the selected company.

Laboratory kit for demonstration of active low pass, high pass and band pass filter by Sallen-Key structure

The main aim of this work is to design electric circuit for realizing of low pass, high pass and band pass filter using Sallen – Key structure. It is active filter so this work pays attention to choose the suitable active element. I will analyze individual types of frequency filters, simulate designed structure and will choose suitable computing amplifier for our structure. I will simulate every circuit with ideal operational amplifier, with operational amplifier having real parameters and finally with our chosen operational amplifier. I will confront the difference of individual circuit, influence of real parameters of amplifier for the general process of resultant filter modul characteristics. I closer take a look at the output resistance influence of operational amplifier for the modul characteristics of choosen circuit (low pass filter). This project also includes the summary and analyses of individual possibilities of the electronic control applied to active filter parameters. The part of the project is also detailed analyze and process of realization of the final connection of laboratory instrument.

E-Government within Public Administration in the Czech Republic

The objective of the thesis is to analyze the current implementation of information and communication technologies in public administration in the Czech Republic and its development. The presented results come from my partial researches of this area, which I was doing in the whole course of my doctoral study. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part deals with review of various e-Government definitions and its objectives identification as e-Government has already become an integral part of public administration transformation process. There are also discussed individual e-Government development stages within the broader context of information society development as well as in the context of connections created within the European Union. The second part of the thesis deals with two different points of view of e-Government. The first one includes separate components and institutes of e-Government such as an electronic signature, data mailboxes and contact points of public administration. The second point of view is based on projects. There are mentioned both state level projects such as the Portal of public administration, information system of data mailboxes, Czech POINT, basic registries of public administration and resort level projects as well as projects of particular authorities. Typical examples of regional and local level e-Government projects, which are provided by municipalities, are also included in this part. The third part of the thesis deals with legal, economic, social and regional aspects of e-Government. Indivisible part of this chapter is precise identification and description of constraints that limit implementation possibilities of information and communication technologies within the public administration. These constraints must not be understood as barriers that have to be overcome at any costs or as barriers restraining development of e-Government, but as borders of properly defined space, where the electronization of public administration should operate. Correct understanding of these constraints can help to decrease failure risk of e-Government projects. One of these constraints is legal framework, which I suppose to be crucial and that is why I pay to it the most attention. Besides proving the stated working hypothesis there are given three recommendations for next development of e-Government in the Czech Republic. I suppose that e-Government is a meaningful part of transformation process of public administration and that while keeping some rules it can bring significantly positive results.
