ARM Remote debugging over industrial bus.
Skalický, Jakub ; Jílek, Tomáš (referee) ; Burian, František (advisor)
This semestral thesis is concerned on facilities of using DebugMonitor exception for debugging software which run on ARM Cortex-M4. The comunnication between debugged software and debugging master is implemented via CAN bus. The result is support for debugging without special debugging equipment. For support of this type of debug this thesis implemented code library called SDebug. It's managing parts of Cortex-M4 core, which are userd for debug.
CAN sniffer
Skalický, Jakub ; Jílek, Tomáš (referee) ; Burian, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with creating CAN Bus sniffer witch sending data to PC by Ethernet. The main parts of developed PCB are microcontroller SMT32F407VGT6 by STMicroelectronics and Ethernet PHY KSZ8051MLL. In theoretical part you can find ARM and STM32F407VGTE information followed by Ethernet and UDP protocol introduction. The end of theoretical part is about CAN bus. Practical part is about design of board, developing it and measuring parameters of board. The end part of this thesis describes changes of software. Firstly there are described changes of firmware for add support of CanShark board. Followed is described adding of new functionality of canshark-gui PC application.
Efektivní aritmetika eliptických křivek nad konečnými tělesy
Skalický, Jakub ; Krhovják, Jan (advisor) ; Drápal, Aleš (referee)
The thesis deals with arithmetics of elliptic curves over finite fields and methods to improve those calculations. In the first part, algebraic geometry helps to define elliptic curves and derive their basic properties including the group law. The second chapter seeks ways to speed up these calculations by means of time-memory tradeoff, i.e. adding redundancy. At last, the third part introduces a wholly new curve form, which is particularly effective for such purposes.
Ensuring personal stability in homes for the elderly in Benesov region
Skalický, Jakub ; Šámalová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Petr (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of ensuring personal stability in selected homes for the elderly, with special focus on the position of a social worker and a worker in social services. The aim of the work is to describe the process of human resources management and its tools aimed at ensuring personnel stability from the perspective of the organization's management. Related to this is the intention to map the causes of fluctuations, the obstacles of ensuring stability and the attitude of the founder to the issue. The work focuses on selected facilities established by the public and private entities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a comprehensive description of the home for the elderly service, including its staffing, i.e. mainly social workers and workers in social services, to make it clear how important it is to provide the service sufficiently with them. Furthermore, this part deals with management in the social field, the role of the manager and the human resources management falling within his competencies. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with employee turnover and retention. The empirical part of the work presents the results that were obtained on the basis of qualitative research. The research was carried out with the help of semi-structured interviews...
Strategy of Secondary Schools in the Struggle for Students
Skalický, Jakub ; Mouralová, Magdalena (advisor) ; Kohoutek, Jan (referee)
This bachelor work deals with strategies of secondary schools in the fight for students in connection with school management at two similar secondary vocational schools in one district. In this partially neglected issue, attention is paid to the current issue of recruiting new students at secondary schools and the associated way of managing and managing the school and its staff within the school management. The issue is viewed from the point of describing roles and exercising the functions of education policy actors - directors and their view of the situation in the district. The issue is also explored in the framework of observation directly at two events related to the recruitment of students. The basis of the thesis is a comparative case study in which the thesis describes and analyzes the strategies and the offer of two secondary vocational schools that exists in one district, but they are undoubtedly different. The thesis concludes that the most important elements in the recruitment of students are the policies themselves, their form, management and leadership of the school director, the applicants for study and the external factors acting on the education market in the district. The problem of recruitment can be slightly associated with the founder of school, location of the school, the...

The issue is also explored in the framework of observation directly at two events related to the recruitment of pupils. The basis of the thesis is a comparative case study in which the thesis describes and analyzes the strategies and the offer of two secondary vocational schools that work side by side in one region, but they are undoubtedly different. The thesis concludes that the most important elements in the recruitment of students are the policies themselves, their form, management and leadership from the position of the director, the applicants for study and the external factors acting on the education market in the region. Validation of XML documents against XSEM PSM schemas
Skalický, Jakub ; Malý, Jakub (advisor) ; Bednárek, David (referee)
XSEM is a modeling language created for modeling XML schemas. Its implementation, called eXolutio, provides a user friendly interface for modeling schemas in XSEM. The aim of this work is to design an algorithm for validation of XML documents against XSEM PSM schemas and comparison of the expressive power of XSEM PSM with other XML schema languages. The thesis contains the description of fundamental algorithm and all the extensions required to fully support all the constructs and capabilities provided by XSEM. The practical part describes the implementation of the proposed algorithm as an extension of eXolutio.
