The aim of this thesis is to lay down the value of the company L Oréal Česká Republika s.r.o. to the date first of January 2015, by using the discounted cash flow method. As follows, this thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of theoretical basis and necessary tools, that are later used in the practical part. The practical part first focuses on the presentation of the company, strategical and financial analysis and subsequently, on composing a financial plan. The planning results in the final valuation of the company, using the discounted cash flow method.

This thesis performs financial analysis executed for the company PRE, a.s. The study is divided into two parts, theriotical and practical one. Theoretical part concerns the description of methods and instruments applied for examining financial health of the company. The company will be shortly introduced on the beginning of the practical part of mentioned thesis. The results based on related calculations will be presented together with the comment, which aims to explain the meaning and liaisons between acquired values. In conclusion important aspects of the financial health of the company are evaluated.

This thesis focuses on analysis of financial situation of the company DR. OPTIK s.r.o. using it's instruments and methods. The introduction defines the aim, which is to establish the financial situation of the company for the period from 2009 - 2013. Following is part of the theoretical and methodological, which describes all the methods and techniques of financial analysis. After that, the company is introduced. In the following practical part mentioned procedures and methods of financial analysis are used for a specific company. The conclusion contains a summary of the facts and results. I also try to predict the future development of the company.

The objective of the Bachelor title is to evaluate the economic situation of the company 1. Hradecká zemědělská, a.s.. Identify the strengths as well as the weaknesses in the financial management of the company compared to its competition. The current evaluation will be done from the perspective of an external entity and its based on the analysis of the financial statements from 2008 trough to 2012. The theoretical - methodological part is focused on the target, users, the basic methods of financial analysis and inter - company comparison. The practical part will use the methods listed above and applies them to the specific company. The final section is based upon the results of the financial analysis. The company is identified as a strong entity with a troubled past. Moreover, the final section contains recommendation for future development.

The diploma thesis focuses on the business valuation. The goal of this thesis is to appraise the market value of the Blatenská ryba, spol. s r.o. company for its owners. The thesis has two parts -- theoretical and practical sections. Necessary theoretical basis is described in the theoretical section and then the presented tools are applied in the practical section. Within the business valuation, there are introduced a strategic analysis and a financial analysis to identify critical factors which can influence the value of the chosen company. After this value generators are prognosticated and a financial plan is compiled. The method of discounted free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) is applied for the valuation of the Blatenská ryba, spol. s r.o. company.

Evaluation of photovoltaic power plant project

The purpose of this diploma paper is to present economic models used to evaluate the investment and its implementation in calculating merits of investment in photovoltaic power plant. It consists of theoretical and practical part. Most importantly, the discounted cash flow method is used to evaluate the investment. To calculate the impact of potential adverse scenarios, cash flow streams of each of them were multiplied by their probabilities. Next stage of the paper provides sensitivity analysis for major risk factors. Finally, the breakeven point was determined and presented as a subsidiary case for investment decision.

Financial analysis of used cars market

Thesis deals with analysis of the largest companies working on used cars market. The first phase of the practical part of this work consists of analysis of preselected sample of companies that are of service to create reference averages. The largest companies are then compared with these averages and are evaluated. In the second phase of the practical part, all the samples are compared using intercompany comparison methods and the results are established. Outcome of this work says there is only little to none relation between the size and the rank in the comparison. The small companies tend to reach high values. Another outcome of this work is that the largest company at used cars market in Czech Republic, AAA Auto, is ultimately the most powerful company of all that were tested in the sample.

This thesis compares financing of vehicle fleet by financial leasing and the loan in company Subterra Ltd.. The theoretical part describes the various options for financing long-term assets in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals in detail with comparing the offers from leasing and credit companies and the calculation of income and expenses associated with these forms of financing. In the end there is a comparison of different financing options at the time using discounted cash outflows and assessing the most effective solution for Subterra Ltd..
