Mindfulness and orgasmic capacity of woman

In its theoretical part, this thesis summarizes the current state of knowledge in the fields of mindfulness and female sexual function. It deals with the concept of mindfulness, its definition, history, position in current research and application in therapeutic practice. In the next chapter it addresses the female sexuality focusing on orgasm and orgasmic capacity. The last chapter deals with the link of both topics and possibilities of application of mindfulness in sexual therapy. The empirical part of this thesis consists of a quantitative research. The goal of the study is to specify a relation between the mindfulness level and orgasmic capacity of Czech women, using a short form of Five facet mindfulness questionnaire (FFMQ-15) and Female sexual function index (FSFI). Data were collected through an internet survey. There were 223 women aged 18-40 in the sample. Using Spearman correlation, a significant correlation was found between mindfulness and sexual function, mindfulness and orgasmic capacity, mindfulness and vaginal orgasmic capacity and mindfulness and satisfaction with orgasmic capacity. Sexuality of Marihuana Users

Objectives: As part of the research issue, we tracked six sub-objectives of the research. The first objective of the research was to describe the sexual behavior of marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality based on data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The presented research was aimed at heterosexual men who regularly use marihuana at a frequency of once a week to daily. The second objective was to find a link between the frequency of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The third objective of our work was to find a link between the length of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The fourth objective of the research was to find a link between the influence of the use of other psychoactive substances on marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality. The fifth objective of our work was to find out the links between tobacco use in a marihuana user group and selected areas of sexuality. The sixth objective was to find a link between the use of marihuana and erectile function, respectively dysfunctions, according to The International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). Sexuality among people with disabilities

The bachelor thesis deals with a topic of sexuality of people with disabilities. At the begging, sexuality is introduced as a part of a global phenomenon of health, including brief description of ways of it's realization. Social barriers, which disallow fulfilling sexual needs of people with disabilities and their intervention, are also mentioned in a context with social model of handicap. The aim of the thesis was to map reachable opportunities of fulfilling sexual needs for people with handicap and their specificity. The empirical part of the thesis investigated ways of realization of sexuality, it's aspects, sexual confidence and sexual depression. Sexuality scale was used for this part.
