Production of door holder by bending

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch 2303R002 is submitting design of Production technology of door holder made from sheet-metal quality 11 373. The batch is 50 000 pc. per year. On the basis of literature study was made possible production technology analyse. The result is 5-steps production technology. For technology project, which is concerned, were done technology calculations as well as calculations of shearing and bending pressures. The next there were determined possible forming machines eccentric presses LEN (producer TOMA Trnava). For each from production steps was designed progressive shearing die conception, bending die for pre-bending of hinge eye as well for final bending and ideological design of bending die for bending of side holder.

Bachelors thesis which was elaborated in the frame of the bachelor’s studies branch 2307 submitting the technology project and layout of the holder. Component are produced from material 11 321 using of undermentioned literature pursuit a problem of the select material, sheet metal cutting and bending which was designed by cutting with processual tool and bending tool. At designed cutter and bending was used of standardised components. Project organization of production is designed so, to keep up produce of requisite series in a year.

The aim of this Batchelor Thesis is to compare different deep drawing technologies, for given deep-drowen product – an industrial lamp, made of steel brass. The technologies to compare will be hydro-mechanical drawing, gradual deep drawing and metal stamping technology. The procedure of simple hydro-mechanical drawing parameters calculation will be indicated. The prevalent part of the Thesis is aimed at different technologies description, and on an illustrating example of individual operations expensiveness.

The project solved in the framework of Bachelor´s studies presents a proposal of the technology and production arrangement of a holder – piece of steel 11 320.0. The estimated series production is 1 000 000 pieces ar year. The thesis describes the manufacturing operations sheet metal cutting, bending and surface treatment. Processual cutting tool used standardized parts and should be treated as a simple assembly clamped to the press LENR 40-A (manufacturer ŠMERAL Trnava, Slovakia with a nominal shearing force 400 kN), which is also used for the bending operation realized on a simple bending tool, clamped also in the form of a stand in the same kind of press.
Technology project for production of part "No.2432-cover"

The project developed in the framework of Bachelor's study presents a proposal of producing technology of cover "2432", part of the sheet. Based on literature research, the studies and on own experience has been produced this work. The issue of materials, cutting, piping, drawing, design of the tool, evaluation of economic and technological design production has been studied. On the basis of the combined instrument has been designed, constructed according to standards, and the use of existing machinery. To resolve it was accounted economic assessment, which enabled decision-making between the semi-finished products for production. It was found that current production is not economically advantageous, compared to the options proposed. It has been ensured and the complex layout of machines in the area of existing production.
Automatization in production workings
