Financial plan for the construction of a beachvolleyball complex

Title: Financial plan for the contruction of a beach volleyball complex Objectives: The main objective of the work is to create a beach volleyball complex, which is adapted on the basis of the criteria of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball with the aim of organizing world circuit tournaments, and its financing during construction. Methods: In this thesis is used an analysis of primary and secondary data and their subsequent comparison with comparative method. In case the data cannot be analyzed, because they are not publicly available, informal interviews with selected respondents are used. All of whom are anonymous. Results: The result of the thesis is the proposal of the construction of a complex in the capital city of Prague, which meets all predetermined conditions. It also includes a proposal for financing the complex, which allows its construction with the help of selected financial sources. The financial budget for the construction was set at a total of 53 million CZK. Possible sources are investors, a business loan, and especially subsidies and grants from the state, city and region. Title: The most advantageous tax havens for athletes and owners of sports clubs. Objectives: The aim of this work is to indentify the most advantegous tax heaven countries in the sport world for individual athletes as well as the most profiting offshore regions for football club owners, the latter representing legal entity and sport clubs. Each cathegory will be associated with three different tax heaven countries, which satisfy all factors of the reserach, therefore being the most ideal and simultaneously legal for the athletes and firms to use. Methods: In this work I used methodology of document analysis from various printed literature and electronic academic resources which helped me to approach the theoretical part as well as the practical research. To determine the most relevant criteria for choosing the most advantageous tax heavens I opted for multi-criteria analysis where the most dominant option was zero taxation of a tax subject. In order to finalise the rate of the tax heavens we used data from three different studies approaching tax heavens in general. Quality of sports services in private day care centers specializing in preschool education in Prague

Title: Quality of sports services in private day care centers specializing in preschool education in Prague Objectives: The primary aim of this dissertation is to propose a suitable procedure for measuring the quality of sports services in private institutions specializing in pre-school education in Prague, from the customer's point of view. Methods: This study focuses on assessing the quality of sports services offered to children in private kindergartens. The study was conducted in the Czech Republic on a sample of ten private kindergartens based in Prague, which were selected from a register of private kindergartens compiled by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988) model of service quality, which was modified for the kindergarten environment, was used for the measurement. 510 parents participated in marketing research, representing 534 children. The questionnaire used, which was originally validated in the US, was transculturally translated. Three translators specializing in pre-school education participated in this intercultural transfer. The correlation between football teams' market value and their achieved result in chosen european leagues

Title: Dependence of football clubs' market value on their result in selected European competitions Objectives: The main objective is to determine the strength of the relationship between the market value of football clubs and their result in selected European competitions. Another objective is to compare these relationships between individual leagues or groups of leagues (big, medium, small). Methods: Correlation and regression analysis were used for the calculation of the strength of the relationships. Regression analysis showed which of the teams influenced the strength of the relationship with their weaker or stronger performance. Effectivity was also calculated for another option of comparing the teams. Results: As the results show we can observe a certain dependency of the result of the clubs on their market value. In the leagues with weakest relationships (0,562 and 0,565) we can notice a particular influence of uncommon performances by the leaders and underdogs. In other leagues the relationship varies between 0,651 and 0,877, which shows very strong relationship between the market value and achieved result. Title: Knowledge and attitudes of UK FTVS students to equestrian sport Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discover the awareness students of UK FTVS have of equestrian sport and find out how they percieve the equestrianism in general. Based on the results of the research, certain reccomendations will be made for Czech equestrian federation on how to improve the current state of knowledge among students. Methods: The method applied in this thesis is based on electronic questionnaire, Through questionnaire were collected data which will carry useful information about general awareness of the students about equestrian sport, its disciplines, passive or active interest in the sport and attitudes they have of equestrianism. Results: The research showed that students of UK FTVS have basic knowledge of the equestrian sport, but they are lacking broader information about the sport. Students don't follow equestrianism on regular basis and according to majority of students it is a financially demanding activity, which is also hard to reach. Title: Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction at CrossFit HomeTown. Methods: For this thesis, a questionnaire has been used as a quantitative method, specifically the SERVQUAL method to assess the level of customer satisfaction. An in- depth interview has been used to obtain information about the gym. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to find out customer satisfaction for CrossFit HomeTown in Prague and recommend possible changes leading to higher customer satisfaction based on the obtained results from the research. Results: The results of the customer satisfaction research for CrossFit HomeTown show, that not all researched areas fulfil the customers' expectations. There were certain limitations in promotional materials -0,44; lectures beginning on time -0,5; willingness to solve problems -0,41 and interest in customer needs -0,55. Total final gap attains a negative degree of -3,18. The first recommendation is to improve promotional practices. Firstly, the gym should improve their website, mobile application and YouTube channel. Title: Crisis management and the solution of a bankruptcy of a profitable sports club Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to propose general procedures of profitable sports clubs dealing with crisis and bankruptcy. Methods: This thesis is based on a qualitative research. Documents related to insolvency were analyzed, specifically act No. 182/2006 Coll., The Act of Bankruptcy and Ways of its Resolution (The Insolvency Act), as amended by subsequent regulations and publicly accessible insolvency proceedings in the insolvency register. Qualitative interviews with insolvency law specialists have been executed using the manual to make sure the thesis results are objective. Results: A general manual for entrepreneurs in profitable sports facilities was compiled by the analysis of necessary documents and based on the The Insolvency Act. The manual serves for times when a sports facility gets into financial problems resulting in insolvency proceedings. Title: Customer satisfaction with services provided by VSH Slaný Objectives: The primary aim of this thesis is to suggest precautions to increase customers' satisfaction of Aquapark Slaný run by VSH Slaný. Methods: In the thesis it was used a method of quantitative questionnaire, tangibly the electronic questionnaire. The questionnaire was created by modification of the SQAS method of authors Lam, Zhang and Jensen (2005) applied to facility environment. The individual items were evaluated by Likert's scale. Further was used the semi-structured interview with facility management. Results: According to questionnaire results it is obvious, that customers are mainly satisfied with service provided, but they can see some shortages in it, which can be for example caused by the time of usage. Respondents were satisfied with the personnel and facility cleanness. Dissatisfaction was expressed with the safety of walking on the floor in the dressing room and in the area of swimming pool. The locking system used in lockers was evaluated as obsolete. Option of laying aside personal things before using showers were evaluated as insufficient. Title: Development of the project "Volleyball imagined differently" Objectives: The main goal of the diploma thesis is to design a project plan which could that could be immediately applied and implemented. The partial goal of the diploma thesis is to create a background for the project plan, or rather put together a comprehensive concept of a recruitment type project including its name and basic parameters, logo, benefits, solutions and financing, which implementation could lead up to increase of the membership base of mini- volleyball in the Czech Republic,. Competency profile of rhythmic gymnastic coach

Title: The Competency Profile of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the rhythmic gymnastics coach from the perspective of current and former rhythmic gymnasts, based on the identification of important competencies that Czech rhythmic gymnastics coaches lack. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative and quantitative methods. According to the expert literature studies, researches and interviews with the qualified rhythmic gymnastics coaches was created a list of four competency groups that should be needed for quality work of rhythmic gymnastics coach. After that current and former rhythmic gymnasts of the senior age category evaluated the importance of individual competencies and assessed the existence of these competencies in their rhythmic gymnastics coaches by electronic questioning. Results: Two theoretical competency profiles of the rhythmic gymnastics coach are created in the thesis, including competencies from all competency groups: personal characteristics, abilities and skills, education and knowledge, other specific competencies.
