Methodical procedures in the course of accounting system´s reconstruction

This thesis is focused on the reconstruction of the company's accounting system in accordance with applicable law. The literature search will briefly describe the basic law, which must be followed each entity in the accounting treatment, with emphasis on proper preparation of internal guidelines. They will describe the basic requirements for equipment and software in the selection of accounting software. The practical part will be described business entity in which I took during 2011 accounting as an external accountant. Revealing some problems that showed the financial system of this business unit, has motivated me to handle this topic in this thesis. In the practical part describes their accounting methods, software equipment and the main goal of the practical part will apply the correct accounting methods and procedures in the areas in which the company does not properly set up the accounting system. The reconstruction of the accounting system will also find suitable software and its implementation into business operations and in connection with the change in organizational structure. Result of the whole work will be newly created internal directions.

Information system which solves scheduling

In first part of my thesis I deal with surveying of existing systems for preparing school timetables at secondary schools in Czech Republic and then I characterize them. This part also contains evaluation of satisfaction with these systems by their users. In second, practical part of my thesis I think up my own alternative algorithm for preparing timetables, which tries to eliminate problems, which users see in current systems.

Analysis of the employee Benefits in Specific Organization

The main subject of my Bachelor's Thesis called "Analysis of employee Benefits in Specific Organization" is to analyze system of employee benefits used in company RWE Transgas, a. s. in 2010. Theoretical part will specify basic terms in general, which are important to cope with this issue. There will be especially importance, division, risks and trends in benefits. In practical part the analysis of employee benefits in specific joint-stock company is made. Part of this analysis is survey done by questionnaire to verify preferences of employee benefits between selected employees. Results of research will be compared with current trend in provision benefits and nationwide research done by company Robert Half International. By results provided some new employee benefits will be suggested to organization to motivate employees and to give tax advantages to organization.

Analysis long-term assets in economic actual of company

This bachelor thesis is focused on long-term assets of a company, concretely on its roles in economic activity of company. The goal of thesis is to specify long-term assets, types of their acquisition, financing, accounting and tax aspects in theoretical part of thesis. In practical part is the main goal to specify long-term assets of chosen entrepreneurial subject, to evaluate effeciency of planned long-term investments, to entertain different ways of financing this investment and to choose optimal way for this company. On the basis of chosen way of financing evaluate planned costs and revenues of investment, evaluate development of current costs and revenues and to make up planned financial statements for next five years.

Budget process of municipalities in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis analyse municipal budget process in the Czech Republic with accent to economical principle and budget function. First part summarize methods, information and function related with municipal budget process got from specialised literature. Whole these knowledges are used in the second part. There is concrete ranking of municipal budget process {--} town Milevsko, village Přeborov. In that municipals is analysed each phase of municipal budget process. Graphs and tables are used for evaluation because of better overview. Process compare produce is, that municipal size don{\crq}t bring diversity in budget process, but it is the one element which affect budget itself.

Different forms of contemporary childhood

The thesis deals with the present forms of childhood and with issues that influence them in positive or negative ways. First, the thesis describes the term childhood, further it analyses factors with the highest influence on its final form. These are the child itself, its development, family and its home environment and of course its upbringing {--} the treatment and education the child receives. The proces of becoming socialized, socialization, is also essential. The factors that have negative influence on our childhood are divorces, violence in a family, syndrome CAN, alcohol and drugs.

Unemployment and its Effects on Person Psyche

My thesis is focused on the hot actual topic, which is the unemployment. The aim of the paper is to show the negative impacts of unemployment. Firstly, I am trying to define the unemployment, labour market, participants on this market and active policy of unemployment. In the second part, I concentrate on the negative impact of unemployment which it leaves on the person{\crq}s psyche. I demonstrate the relationship between health and unemployment. Further, I describe the reaction of surroundings on the unemployment. I am also trying to show the possibilities of defence and protection from the unemployment.

Hedging

This thesis describes hedging transactions against foreign exchange rate risk which is a significant problem for a number of domestic companies trading with foreign partners. The objective of this paper is to characterize possible ways to eliminate or minimize a foreign exchange rate risk and to assess effects on economic results and liquidity of the company arising from the use of hedging instruments compared to the situation without hedging transactions. The practical analysis is shown on two Czech companies exposed to a foreign exchange rate risk. The analysis is focused on currency forwards negotiated with the bank and natural hedging in connection with an application of a hedge accounting.
