Detached House with an estab

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of projekt of newly-built detached house with the establishment in the cadastral unit of municipality Senica. It is an object composed of one basement and two floors, there is an atypical floor plan and a flat roof.The house will be used by a family of five people, in the establishment there will be three employees and garage will be for one automobile. The drawings is processed in AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural desing, static requirements and safety construction usage.

Analysis of Economic Data Using Statistical Methods for Viden Plus, a. s.

This thesis aims to analyze the accounting and financial indicators of selected firms, Viden plus, a. s., and their subsequent interpretation. In this work was used in addition to financial statements and their analysis also time-series and regression analysis, which are included tools in statistical methods. In the work is theoretical basis for various types of analysis, time series, regression analysis and the classic financial analysis. Then, this work deals with the application of a theoretical part on the financial statements of the company and subsequently addressing any suggestions for improvements in future years of operation and development of the company.

Analysis of Thermoplastic Welded Joints

This thesis deals with analyses of thermoplastic welded joints. Experiments were performed, in which the not-welded specimens and specimens with cruciform welded joints were tested by tensile and three-point bending test. For these measurements, polypropylene and polyethylene specimens were used. Afterwards, the analyses of specimen models were made in the ANSYS programme. The results of the analyses were compared with figures of the analytic calculations and measurements.

Detached family house, Nový Malín

This bachelor´s thesis presents the design of a new house focussing on the project documentation for the building realization. The building is located in a slope terrain in the village Nový Malín. The house comprised of one storey and a basement is designed for a family of four. Foundation structures are realized with plain concrete continuous footing. Vertical supportive constructions are designed from lost formwork concrete panels and KM SENDWIX lime sandstone blocks insulated with contact thermal insulation system.Ceiling constructions are realized with supported reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with a slope of 22. The project documentation is processed with the help of the ArchCAD computer programme.

Statistical Analysis of Risk Indicators of a Company

This diploma thesis aims at analyzing accounting and financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of selected company VIDEN plus, a.s. The thesis analyzes the development trends of individual indicators, which are able to reveal the state of the company. Based on the data obtained, the issue of company risks arising from the analyzes and their correction is then addressed.

Conversion of agricultural building

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction of former agricultural building into a sports center with accommodation. The existing building has two floors, the shape of elongated rectangle. The building has been standing extra suggest an object similar in appearance, the final plan will be L-shaped. The building is built in a quiet village Heroltice in Šumperk district, in the cadastral area Štíty - Heroltice. Accommodation is designed for 12 people, sports facilities for 20 persons. Access to the building and it is wheelchair accessible. Supporting structures are built of brick blocks filled with cotton wool, solid clay bricks and quarry stones. Based on the passport of plain concrete. The roof is pitched. The project includes a seminar work focused on the evaluation of the structures in terms of thermal technology and acoustics.

This bachelor ’s thesis deals with the design of new detached family house, which is situated in the cadastral unit of the village of Malhotice 690937 (district of Přerov), on the plot number 1396/36. The land is of a sloping character. The building is a two-floor detached house, with partial basemant, which is designed for a four-member family. The ground floor with a garage is a rectangular plan and a basement of a square plan. The structure is based on strip foundations. The wall structural system is formed of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix. The external wall is thermal insulated with the contact insulation etics system. Horizontal construction is made of reinforced concrete slab and timber ceiling beams. The object is roofed with a flat roof with a slope of 3%. The bachelor ’s thesis is performed as a design documentation for the building process.

The matter of the bachelor´s thesis is the new building of single-storey kindergarden in the city of Litovel. The object is formed by lenghtwise brick supporting systém. Ceiling structure ,which is supporting structure of flat roof as well, is formed by prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The roof is flat, green. The object contains one department of the kindergarten for 24 children maximum. The main living room for children is oriented to the southern side.
