Center of Rest in Lavičky

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. Newly-Built Detached House in Oslavice

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building for a family house in Oslavice and a processing of a project documentation for the realization of the building. The building is designed for purposes of family living and it is situated on the periphery in the east part of the village Oslavice. This part of the village is sparsely developed with family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and character of the surrounding housing development. The family house is designed as a one-family detached house intended for four- or five-member family. It is situated in a sloping terrain and it is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two storeys above ground and a basement. On the first storey above ground there is a daily social zone, on the second storey above ground there is a quiet zone and in the basement there is a technical facility of the building. A part of the family house is a garage for deposition of one personal car. A part of the basement is placed ahead of the front entrance into the building and it is visually separated by using of wood exterior panelling. Roofing of the family house is solved by hipped truss roof and above the garage there is designed flat roof by which it is created a terrace accessible from the second storey above ground.
Creation of 3D model of church in Unkovice

My diploma thesis is focused on 3D model creation of a church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Unkovice. The resulting digital model is supposed to be used for the church building presentation. 3D model is created on the basis of tacheometrically measured points in Autodesk Inventor. Accuracy testing according to ČSN 01 3410 proved confirmed criteria of 3rd accuracy rating.
Creation of thematic map of Castle park Židlochovice

My bachelor thesis engages in making a thematic map of a park adjacent to Castle Židlochovice. It is supposed to be used for dendrological studies or other activites connected with wood care. The owner of the castle park is the Czech republic. The right of farming belongs to Lesní závod Židlochovice managed by Lesy České republiky a.s. This thematic map contains planimetry, altimetry and map lettering. The planimetric part is focused on detailed definition of wood species. The achieved exactness was tested by three control sections. The final thematic map is made in scale 1:5000 in the 3rd accuracy rating according to ČSN 01 3410.

The Tourism Development Strategy in Pardubice region

The main objective of this thesis is to approach the issue of management of destinations and to analyse the potential for development, the strategy for the development of tourism, and to propose more opportunities for the development of tourism in the Pardubice region. The work is divided into two parts - the practical and theoretical part. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts and discusses the issue of destination management. Practical part deals with a detailed analysis of the Pardubice region, strategies for the tourism development and the final evaluation of the current state including the developement potential of the region.

Tour operators are in charge of creating and organising package tours for those who are interested in travelling and exploring new places. Such organising package tour is a process of several actions such as booking accomodation, transport, composing tour schedule etc. The main aim of this project is to create such package tour to Slovenia that will be able to compete with other package tours similar to this one and to extend the supply of package tours to Slovenia in the market. Package tour to Slovenia in this project is primarily focused on slight hiking combined with exploring new places and getting to know cultural, historical and natural attractions of this country, which has a great potential in developing tourism and has many things to offer. People who take part in this package tour will admire beauties of nature in Triglav national park, Bled and its surroundings and Bohinj. Further they will visit stud farm in Lipica, Postojna and Skocjan caves, Ljubljana, coastal towns Piran and Portorose and many other places that are worth seeing.
