Vykladačská činnost Mikuláše z Lyry v Postille litteralis a její význam v křesťanské exegetické tradici Exegetical Appoaches of Nicholas de Lyra in Postilla litteralis and Ins Role in Christian Tradition Štěpán Lisý The present work studies variability in Nicholas of Lyra's exegesis in his Postilla litteralis and its role in Christian misionary activities among Jews and Muslims. Lyra's postila is significantly influenced by commentary of Rabbi Shlomo ben Yitzchak. In Postilla litteralis there is a minor influence of commentaries of David Kimchi (Radak), Abraham Ibn Ezra and Raymundus Martini as well. Also in the study the author examines the impact of Postilla litteralis on later scholars and existing numerous manuscripts of Lyra's works in Bohemian and Moravian lands.

The mystery of the Trinity in the life of the Church in the period of the Apostolic Fathers and the first apologetes

ENGLISH ANNOTATION The present work aims at sketching the role of the mystery of the Trinity in early church (to the end of 2nd century). Basing itself upon the works of the Apostolic Fathers, first apologists and other Christian literature, it analyzes Trinitarian motives in the church's liturgy and life of the time. This historical layer reflects the first stages of consciousness emergence of the Trinitarian dogma. Study seeks to examine, what ways led to the development of an explicit doctrine of the Trinity, believed, taught, and confessed by the church of the first and second centuries. Juxtaposition of problems the relation grace - freedom by saint Augustin and saint Bernard The work is splited into 4 sections. First part hold forth on topic of grace on progress in Roman Catholic theology. Author addict himself closer to perception of the grace in the Bible, which is the basic criterion of the whole issue.Furthermore, the Author is monitoring various thought lines in Patristic theology. There is an interesting passage about the eastern teologian Maxim Confessor. After the period of Patristics the Author follows up the query in theology of Scholastic and Baroque time with an ephassis dedicated to tomism and molinism -up to date still relevant school of Grace.The end of the First part is devoted to the benefit of Karl Rahner's life-work. In the second part there is a short Curriculum Vitae of Augustine of Hippo and his train of thought related to the theme of Grace. After characteristic of Pelagianism he continues with analysis of Augustine's work "On Grace And Free Will". In the third part there is a concise Curriculum Vitae of Bernard of Clairvaux and his place of importance in the ending Monastic theology. V této práci je studován distributivní jakobián, distributivní hesián a relaxace Jakobiánu a Hessiánu. Jsou zde uvedeny příklady zobrazení, pro něž "absolutně spojitá část" distributivního Jakobiánu nebo Hessiánu nesplývá s bodovým jakobiánem nebo Hessiánem. Dále je uvedena věta, umožňující určit singulární část jakobiánu pro některá zobrazení. V další části je zobecněna věta, umožňující určit za určitých podmínek relaxaci Jakobiánu, a věta, umožňující horní odhad relaxace Hessiánu pro některé funkce.

Theology study in Czech Franciscan province in 20th century: a survey of history of Czech theology

The title of this thesis is The Study of Theology in the Czech Franciscan Province during the 20th Century: a survey of the history of Czech theology. The main topic of this paper is an historical survey of study projects initiated by Czech Franciscans, of the persons themselves involved these studies, and of the works which they produced. The sources used are primarily interviews with contemporaries, then archival documents and scientific literature. First, the history of Czech Franciscans during 20th century is treated. Next, four main study projects are discussed: proposed Franciscan philosophical and theological studies in the first half of 20th century; the Studium Catholicum project; the secret theological studies in the time of communist totalitarianism; and the contemporary Institut Františkánských Studií (Institute of Franciscan Studies). The period under totalitarianism is covered in large part. Among the notables of Franciscan theology, the life and work of Jan Kapistrán Vyskočil, Jan Evangelista Urban, Jan Baptista Bárta, and Ctirad Václav Pospíšil are considered. Other figures, such as B.J. Wilhelm, K.F. Minařík, A.J. Tobola, C.J. Kadlec, Z.B. Bouše, R.M. Jáchym, and P.R. Beneš are also mentioned. Priest as administrator of the divine mysteries ( triple task of priest)

Priest as an administrator of the Divine secrets (the three tasks of a priest) The objective of this thesis is to specify the tasks of priests according to the 2nd Vatican Council, particularly according to the decree on the ministry and life of priests Presbyterorum ordinis, articles 4 - 6 about the three tasks of priests i. d. to teach, to sanctify and to guide. The author deals at first with the theology of priesthood from the point of view of the New Testament and then he is concerned with the theology of priesthood at the 2nd Vatican Council, the common priesthood and the sacerdotal ministry that is represented in many spheres of the public life. The main par of the thesis contains three chapters, each of which is devoted to one of the tasks of a priest. The thesis aimis to point out the three sacerdotal tasks that are complementary to each other, that create unity and make a link between bishop and priests in their work for the salvation of all people. Relevance of Lonergan's theory of understanding for the method in theology

The aim of the paper called "Relevance of the Lonergan's Theory of Understanding for the Method in Theology" is to present the contribution of the Lonergan's original epistemological studies for a method, not only in theology. In the base of the paper, there are a question how much is important or even necessary for theology to consider its own methodology in the context of interdisciplinary dialog between philosophy, theology and natural sciences. Lonergan's Transcendental Method is based on his epistemological understanding, especially his so called "Cognitive Structure". He describes our cognitive operations and classifies them in several levels. First three are empirical, intellectual and rational. According Lonergan, from the last level we normally move to ethical campus. Then he realizes that in human lives there are phenomena which we could call intellectual, moral or religious conversions. These are fundamental for the Transcendental Method. Lonergan then defines eight steps of the Method: research, interpretation, history, dialectic, foundations, doctrines, systematics and communications. The mystery of the supernatural

The focal point of this work is the relation of the human nature and the supernature. Everyone carries in his self a natural desire for something exceeding his natural possibilities. This opennes of nature is a condition for a new initiative of God when the man is invited to see God face to face. This aim, as well as the means for its achievement, have supernatural character. Only in him the human spirit may reach the real satisfaction of the natural desire. Suffering in the light of christian faith and the male and female face of God

The aim of this thesis is analysing the very problem and meaning of human suffering. First of all it is the testimony of Scripture itself that is used as a means of fulfilling our task, secondarily also the comparison with understanding of suffering and its mystery as presented in the apostolic letter of John Paul II. Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on the differences between suffering in male and female experience and also on examining the meaning and mission of suffering in the lives of two contemporary saints, Father Pio and Mother Theresa. The analysis is undertaken with the help of the tools offered by the International Theological Commission document Communion and Stewardship: Human Persons Created in the Image of God. At the closure of the work, there are described several concrete cases of people who went through the experience of suffering in their lives. Human suffering, the suffering of women, the suffering of men, Father Pio, Mother Theresa, Communion and Stewardship.
