Master's thesis deals with the development of business activities in the retail sale of goods. The first part of thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledges, terms and tools related to this issue. The second part of the master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current condition of retail market and to a concept of strategy for business development. Above all, improving competitiveness and consolidate its position as the market using modern information technology.

Conceptual design of competition model airplane

This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a competition model of an aircraft for an international student competition. The introduction deals with the rules of the competition and their subsequent analysis. The research part deals with a possible concept of the aircraft from the point of view of various configurations of individual parts of the model. In the practical part, the characteristics of individual parts of the aircraft are processed and a mass analysis is performed.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of ELPIK the company during the years of 2012 – 2016 with using strategic and financial analysis methods. The first part of this bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical basis, which serves as a basis for the analysis of given analyzes. The second part of the thesis is focused on the calculation of financial analysis and the elaboration of strategic analyzes. In the last part, suggestions are made that are based on the analyzes carried out and should lead to an improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The semestral thesis deals with electrical system design for mobile bandsaw mill electrification. Includes technical data and parameters of the machine its required properties and functions. Contains detail informations necessary for electrical installation and electrical control design. It provides data for printed circuit board manufacture. The reasons for the each eletrical component use are explained. All the design is made with regard to safety and easy to use. Last part is dedicated to the next software development.

Business Plan - Starting a New Company

The subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of a business plan for the construction of a ski resort using the methods of quantitative research and strategic analysis which will be implemented through a newly established company. These tools are a part of the analytical part of the thesis and at the same time they serve as a basis for the actual solution proposals. The proposal part introduces the business plan itself, which is analyzed primarily through the marketing mix and financial plan, which leads to the final recommendation whether to implement the project or not.

Smart Simulator of Resistive Sensors for Life-Cycle Tests

The document is made as an operating item at evaluating of life tests for connected equipments. There is set of bookcases, thanks to them we can use the equipment simply. The digital potenciometer is used like a stimulator of resistance sensor in this equipment. The equipment is able to communicate with PC. The mikrocontroler ATmega324p is the most important part of the equipment.

Wireless water level sensors

The thesis deals with both scheme and its implementation of water-level metering apparatus. This data are send wireless into 500 m distant station. Potential ways of solution are gradually studied and final design suggested. Detailed implementation methods are described in the following section. Ultrasonic sensors are employed for level measurement and controlling element is processor ATmega162, data are transmitted by transceiver RC1280HP. Apparatus is suggested with a view to the lowest power consumption considering it will be supplied only with a accumulator. Solving of accepting station is not a part of the thesis. Functional tested sample is understated in the execution section.

Vliv stupně příbuzenské plemenitby na reprodukční výkonnost ovcí plemene Zwartbles

The bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of inbreeding degree on reproductive performance in Zwartbles sheep. A brief description of the Zwartbles breed, its history and performance is given in the literature search. Furthermore, a general description of reproduction and the evaluation of reproductive performance. Finally, the thesis discusses breeding and the determination of the degree of inbreeding. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the influence of inbreeding on the reproductive performance of the Zwartbles herd bred on the Mohelno sheep farm in 2006 - 2021. The herd was divided according to the degree of inbreeding into four groups. For ewes, the percentage of born and weaned pups was evaluated. For lambs, gain, height of the longest lumbar muscle and chest (MLLT), loin fat height, conformation, and weight of lambs at 100 days of age were evaluated.

Design proposal and modal analysis of fixture for CubeSat vibration tests

Hnutí CubeSatů se v současné době těší vzrůstající oblibě, především díky možnosti zapojení širšího okruhu institucí do vesmírného výzkumu. Tento zájem zároveň vyvolává nutnost provádět mechanické zkoušky CubeSatů dříve, než je bude možné vypustit do vesmíru. Tato závěrečná práce zpracovává problematiku mechanických zkoušek u CubeSatů a provádění jejich vibračních zkoušek. Na základě této rešerše je proveden návrh přípravku o velikosti 6U včetně modální analýzy a ověření vyrobitelnosti.
