Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit společností s maloobchodním prodejem zboží. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky, pojmy a nástroje, které se týkají této problematiky. Druhá část diplomové práce je věnována analýze aktuálního stavu maloobchodního trhu a návrhu možné strategie pro rozvoj obchodních aktivit. Především pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti a upevnění pozice na trhu pomocí moderních informačních technologií. Master's thesis deals with the development of business activities in the retail sale of goods. The first part of thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledges, terms and tools related to this issue. The second part of the master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current condition of retail market and to a concept of strategy for business development. Above all, improving competitiveness and consolidate its position as the market using modern information technology.
