Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The master´s thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company – a private limited company, whose business is software development. The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of important concepts, which are linked to financial analysis. The next section is already calculated the financial analysis of the company for the period 2006 - 2010. Was used an analysis of both horizontal and vertical analysis statement balance sheet and profit and loss account. Furthermore, I evaluated the differential indicators, profitability, activity, liquidity, debt service ratios, of course there is a comprehensive index of IN 05 and Altman's index of financial soundness. This chapter is followed by a summary evaluation forms as part of that would be helping a company improve its financial situation and the end of the work concludes.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the corporate performance. The financial situation of Laufen CZ s.r.o. is analyzed for the years 2017 to 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the theoretical background, which is subsequently used in the analytical part of the work. The last part of the final thesis deals with own proposals that lead to the improvement of the company's financial performance. These proposals are designed on the basis of the knowledge found during the work.

In the second part, the previously mentioned theoretical points are used for analyzing the company Rytech Kovo s. r. o. The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal for a change in the concept of the motivational program for employees through the method of quantitative research. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of motivation, employee satisfaction and motivational program are defined. The analytical part contains the analysis of the present motivational system of the selected company. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey method, the aim of which was to find out the satisfaction of employees with the current motivational program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are satisfied with the current reward system to some extent. The last part of the thesis focuses on 6 possible suggestions for improvement of this system.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the current motivational system and employee benefits offered by IKEA Česká republika, s. r. o. in 2021. The aim of the thesis was to propose changes that are desirable for the care and retention of employees. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey and the results show that the company should focus on the benefits that employees lack in the offer and omit little-used benefits from the offer altogether. In the end, specific proposals are formulated that the company could implement in order to achieve greater satisfaction of its employees. These proposals include better information on employee benefits, reform of the rewarding system and the introduction of new benefits.
