To the coronations which took place in Pre-White time, not enough attention has been paid yet. As it appears, enough accounts were preserved not only in contemporary prints but also in manuscript sources - in the works of chroniclers, in memories of persons present and above all in official and private correspondence. In addition to writen sources also material sorces and great part of iconographic sources have been preserved. The elaboration and evaluation of the sources to one of them, to the coronation of Matthias of Habsburg in Prague on May 23rd 1611, is a subject of the first half of this thesis. The coronation in the life of souvereign is a ceremony that generally certificates his leading position in the country. This ceremony customary is executed in accordance to the prede- terminated order. In case of the lands of Bohemian crown binding form has been set by coronation order of Bohemian kings Ordo ad coronandum Regem Bohemorum, prepared by Charles IV. The main core of this order was maintained also by Matthias coronation. His coronation in the cathedrale of Saint Vitus was a festive ceremony strongly influenced by then political situation. Pařízková, Kateřina ; Hojda, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Zdichynec, Jan (referee)
The baroque pilgrimage way from Prague to Hájek originated between the year 1720-1733. Of the total of 20 chapels only 11 were preserved to these days. The primary route of the pilgrimage way was gradually abolished and now is on several places iterrupted. By several of demolished chapels today is not possible to determine their original location. In Hájek (the name comes from the newly planted forrest near the village Červený Újezd) in the year 1623 Jindřich Žďárský of Žďár built the chapel, inspired by the chapel in Loreto in Italy. Lately the Franziskaner monastery was founded there. In 1720 the foundation stone of the pilgrimage way was laied. The chapels have been built and lately preserved, using the financial means of the donators. The budget as well as the bills for the building works have been kept in the archive. The chapels have been decorated by frescos, showing the lives of Virgin Marie and Saint Francis. The appearance of the paintings has not been preserved, only their description. The chapels begun to deteriorate at the end of 18th century, at the time when the Emperor Josef II. abolished the fund for their renovation. Pařízková, Kateřina ; Holá, Mlada (advisor) ; Ebelová, Ivana (referee)
The ceremony of coronation, which took place on May 23rd 1611 in Prague belongs to those, to which not a great attention has been paid in czech historiography until now. After all also to the sovereign, Matthias of Habsburg himself, czech historiographers owe a lot. Many reports have been conserved to the act of coronation as such, whether in manuscripts or in prints. These are oficially published prints, reports of envoys and reporters, correspondence, records of chroniclers, memoires and diaries. Also written and iconographic sources are telling us a lot. A list of these, as well as critic and analysis of these sources are subject of the first part of my work. Second part of present thesis is devoted to the detailed description of the day of coronation, which is worked out namely based on presented sources. The ceremony of coronation has been tradicionally performed on the bases of the Coronation order of czech Kings Ordo ad coronandum Regem Bohemorum, prepared by Charles IV. The point of it has been observed also by the Mathias coronation in St. Vitus cathedral. The course of the coronation under the influence of the existing political situation in Bohemia went without any showy celebrations, festive marches and merry-makings. It has taken place under the severe safety rules with the exclusion...

Estetické aspekty přechodu sídla do krajiny
Pařízková, Kateřina
The thesis discusses aesthetic aspects of the transition between a settlement and landscape. The first part deals with the topic from a theoretical perspective. It introduces the issue of aesthetic attitude, experience and their importance, and it identifies inconsistencies in how practical landscape protection approaches aesthetic dimension in comparison to the discipline of aesthetics. The second part of the thesis discusses aesthetic aspects of the transition between a settlement and landscape on a model case of several communities united in the Modré hory microregion -- namely Velké Pavlovice, Bořetice, Kobylí, Vrbice and Němčičky. Based on the selected methodology, we have conducted an analysis of the settlements' development, evaluated their transition into landscape, identified any weaknesses and proposed their corrections.
