It iconsists of a literary survey of the field and a research proposal following the conclusions of the theoretical part of the work. Last mentioned is divided into three parts. The first one is dealing with educational needs of students (meaning needs of all pupils). The second one defines a group of students, which we refer to as "students with behavioral problems." And the third part analyzes their educational needs. Results of mentioned parts imply the need to focus on creating an school environment, which will prevent behavioral problems of pupils. Charles Univerzity in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology Student: Kateřina Papoušková Supervisor: PharmDr. Ludmila Melicharová Title of diploma thesis: Advances in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis is a serious systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease whose origin isn't precisely known. In the last decade there has been significant progress in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which is the main topic of this dissertation. Major treatment advances have been based around the introduction of new drugs, including synthetic disease modifiying drugs, but primarily biological drugs (inhibitor). Diagnostic techniques for rheumatoid arthritis have also improved significantly, becoming more accurate, especially in the early stages, enabling earlier treatment and better outcomes. In particular a detailed description of the negative prognostic indicators for the destructive development of rheumatoid arthritis, together with improved evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis activity, have been the basis for the development of a new algorithm for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The complex therapy of rheumatoid arthritis is increasingly sophisticated, incorporating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment methods...

Ways to support a child with problem behaviour by working with his family
Papoušková, Kateřina ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor) ; Mertin, Václav (referee)
The thesis deals with the possibilities of intervention in children with behavioral problems. The main focus is placed on working with the family (unlike commonly used interventions that focus primarily on working with the child himself or herself). The first part portrays the theoretical background. It describes the mechanisms of family influence on the child in terms of the factors that can increase the risk of behavioral problems, and, vice versa, factors that act protectively and help the child cope with the situation in a functional manner. On this basis, we describe various forms of intervention in the family based on influence of the disclosed risk and resilient factors. The research project aims to respond to the discrepancy between the proven effectiveness of intervention in families and low levels of use (predominance of intervention focused on child itself only). Through qualitative analysis of interviews with professionals research maps possible ways for families to reach the intervention, its benefits and risks, and recommendations for improving the system of this kind of care in the Czech Republic. Keywords: conduct problems, family intervention, therapy
