Havránková, Dana ; Kuźniar, Mariusz (advisor) ; Opatrný, Aleš (referee)
Havránková Dana: Pastorační a katechetická činnost církve v nemocnicích - teorie Resumé Předpokladem úspěšné péče o nemocné je naplňování všech lidských potřeb, vedle biologických, psychických a sociálních jsou to potřeby duchovní. Tuto potřebu zabezpečuje ponejvíce církev svými pastoračními a katechetickými aktivitami. Janem z Boha a Společenství milosrdných sester založené též v 16. století sv. Vincencem z Pauly. Velká francouzská revoluce a u nás centralizovaná vláda Josefa II. opět na chvíli omezily církevní aktivity v této oblasti. Významnými osobnostmi moderních dějin...

Štefan, Ondřej ; Soukup, Jaromír (advisor) ; Opatrný, Aleš (referee)
The main goal of my thesis is to analyze the influence and impact of the Falklands War on the domestic policy in Great Britain during the conflict and after the conflict. The main question is how much the Falklands War influenced the public opinion and if it was the major or minor reason why the Conservative party won the general elections for the House of Commons which was held in June 1983. To understand the chain of events and importance of the islands for both concerned countries (United Kingdom and Argentina) I describe the historical context of the Falklands dispute first. After that I analyze the complicated political development in Great Britain during the first Margaret Thatcher's electoral term. The analyses of the course of the war, international peacekeeping efforts and results of the conflict take place in the third chapter. The final and the most important chapter is about the impact and the influence of the war on the British domestic policy, public opinion and the elections in 1983.

Wendelin, David ; Šturma, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Opatrný, Aleš (referee)
The thesis " Ministerial Priesthood as the Assisting Profession" introduces, in the first part, the general view of the assisting profession as a process having its input, stages, output and anticipated target. It shows the connection and similarity to other assisting professions associated with various difficulties and experience that may be beneficial for priesthood. The assistance provided using the means of the priesthood is perceived as a therapeutical process, the result of which shall be sanation - however, the debt is not understood to be an illness, but a sin, the sanation of which leads to redemption. The second part is focused on the specificity of the ministerial priesthood, while tracing it in the theology of the Gospel according to John, as well as in the historical context of the Czech territory, searching for similarities and differences of priesthood compared to other assisting professions. Keywords assisting profession, process, input / output, difficulty, crisis stage, psychotherapy, guilt, sin, therapy, priesthood, targets, re/sources,
The Teaching on the Purgatory in the Diocese of Hradec Králové
Stehlíková, Zdislava ; Eliáš, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Opatrný, Aleš (referee)
The Diploma thesis "The teaching of the purgatory in the diocese of Hradec Králové" first shows identity of purgatory. It outlines the Biblical teaching by presenting an exegesis of Scriptural texts. The thesis offers a integral view of the Catholic doctrine of purgatory in the way it is defined by the Church`s Magisterium trough historical development and in today`s time. In general the Magisterium teaches the those who couldn't purify themselves from their sins are in need of after life purification. This is needed in order for them to be brought into a full community of God. It also teaches that the dead can be helped by pleading for them (Chapter 1). Next this work reveals the research of the teaching of the purgatory in the lessons of religious educcation and during regular Catecheses which take place in parish houses in the diocese of Hradec Králové. The aim of the research was to find out whether this doctine of the Church in pastoral care about children is taught and the way it is taught. The research wasn`t successfull because there weren`t enough questionnaries filled in (Chapter 2). The theology of the 20th century refers to the purgation as an existential transformation of the human. The purgatory is gift from God, not His punishment. The suffering that the person have to undertake...
