Novák, Tomáš ; Hoffmann, Petr (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a bicycle shop in the town of Humpolec. The thesis contains complete documentation for the execution of the construction, assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety report. The building is divided into two operational units. The first unit is a bicycle shop, which includes staff facilities and bicycle service facility. The second unit consists of individual apartments and their facilities. In the basement, there are cellars for each apartment, a technical room and a workshop. On the ground floor, there is a accessible flat for handicapped persons in size 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. The second floor consists of four apartments two available in size of 1 room plus kitchen corner and two size of which is 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. On the last third utility floor, there are two apartments size of which is 3 room plus kitchen corner which is layout designed for a 4-5 member family. The house have masonry system, where the vertical structures on the underground floor are made of concrete block cast by concrete. Overground vertical structures are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal constructions are made of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is cold roof and its supporting structure consists of timer truss girder mounted on the perimeter walls.
Selective gallium nitride thin-film growth on substrates covered by pyrolyzed resist mask
Novák, Tomáš ; Kostelník, Petr (referee) ; Voborný, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with deposition of GaN thin films and GaN selective growth utilizing pyrolyzed resist masks. Carbon masks were prepared on silicon substrates by electron-beam litography and resist pyrolysis. As a further step, Ga and GaN were deposited on the masked substrates by Moleculer Beam Epitaxy (MBE) method. A selective growth of Ga droplets was achieved. These results were used for preparation of GaN crystallites by pulse deposition. It is also shown that direct MBE deposition of GaN on the masked substrates leads to a selective growth of GaN thin films with GaN film growing only on the areas which are not covered by the carbon mask. The results are explained by enhanced surface diffusion of gallium atoms on the surface of the carbon mask.
Planning of construction contracts by supplier
Nováková, Jolana ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Nový, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the planning of construction contracts from the perspective of a contractor. In the theoretical section, the basic concepts of project management are explained. Further, the methods and principles used in the management of the construction project of building a complex are described. The practical part contains a particular case where the methods are used to schedule a time during the course of construction and planning of the resources needed for implementation.
Design and examination of parameters of the line stock loop for sheet metal processing
Novák, Tomáš ; Šebek, František (referee) ; Kubík, Petr (advisor)
Master thesis is focused on determination of stress and deformation state of metal sheet in stock loops of non-standard dimension. The main goal was creating numerical model and de-termination of maximal possible stock of metal sheet for all requested parameters. The problem was solved using Finite element methods in the software ANSYS. Results were handed to ŽĎAS, a.s. corporation, where they will be used for design of the lines for metal sheet proces-sing of non-standard dimension. Another goal was estimation, how the residual stress in metal sheet can effect the observed stress state.
Selective growth of GaN nanostructures on silicon substrates
Knotek, Miroslav ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Voborný, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with deposition of gallium nitride thin films on silicon substrates covered by negative HSQ rezist. Rezist was patterned via electron beam lithography to create masks, where the selective growth of crystals was achieved. Growth of GaN layers was carried out by MBE method. For achievement of desired selective growth, the various deposition conditions were studied.
Under the castle accommodation
Novák, Tomáš ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the boarding house located in Lipnice nad Sázavou district of Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis contains complete design documentation for building construction, including assessment in terms of building physics and buildings fire protection. The construction has a U-shaped platform, with two-storey buildings facing each other, connected by a single-storey middle part, where house background is located. We will find here restaurant, kitchen, playroom, wellness, two barrier free rooms, thirteen regular double rooms and eight two-room apartments Construction is brick of sand-lime blocks, insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are made of prestressed concrete floor slab. The roof above the two-storey buildings is saddle roof, where the load-bearing structure is formed by a truss. On the single-storey part there is a flat roof, where the supporting structure consists of prestressed concrete floor slab.
Design of a drived convertible axis for a reflector Laser Tracker
Novák, Tomáš ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knobloch, Josef (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor work is a structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis for a reflector belonging to a measuring machine called Laser Tracer. The convertible axis is used to establish the reflector into two positions during the measurements of the geometric accuracy of vertical lathes. The work includes research in the area of possible structural solutions to the given issue, structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis, calculation of the needed torgque for an electric motor and its control suggestion. Complete drawing documentation is a part of this work, as well as a 3D model of the convertible axis.
Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Proposal for its Improvement
Šimek, Jiří ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Chlebovský, Vít (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to undertake primary and secondary market research for a well established company selling musical instruments. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the problems of marketing research and business environment of the enterprise. The practical part of the thesis is engaged in the implementation of primary research focused on the analysis of customer´s satisfaction. In addition to primary research, practical part deals with the secondary research, which focuses on the comparison of services offered by analyzed company and its competitors.
The Concept of a Development Center as an Effective Tool of Human Resource Managment
Mucalová, Marcela ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Konečná, Zdeňka (advisor)
This Master’s thesis is concentrating on the creation of a Development Center for the well-established firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd., which has branches in different places of the Czech Republic with a view on dispose agent. In this work we can find a written education system in the firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd., which is meant to help with the examination of the education of the employees. The main point is the creation of a competent model for a group of dispose agents, individual and group model-situations derived from the model, design and description other methods, a timing schedule for the Development Center and data sheets. The created Development Center is evaluated and written contributions are the results for the firm TRANSPED-SOC, Ltd.
Reconstruction of ion gun and its application for deposition of thin films and nanostructures
Novák, Tomáš ; Mach, Jindřich (referee) ; Voborný, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with modification and experimental application of the ion device, generating and transporting nitrogen ion beam with energy in a range of 10-100 eV. Together with gallium effusion cell, this device can be used for deposition of gallium nitride (GaN) thin films. Nitrogen ion beam current significantly increased by shortening the optical part of the ion gun. A differential pumping provides the system with ultrahigh-vacuum conditions in the deposition chamber. Profiles of ion current density, appropriate for GaN depositions, were found by the optimization of potentials applied on electrodes of the ion gun. Due to increase of nitrogen-ion current, the depositon rate of the system raised from about tenth of nm/h to more than 10 nm/h. For experiments described in this paper, monocrystalline silicon (111) was used as a substrate. The effect of gallium and nitrogen ion fluxes on GaN growth was investigated, together with the effect of gold nanoparticles on a GaN growth. Thin films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Several specific morphologies of thin films were observed.
