The subject of this bachelor thesis is the deal with technological stage of the rough superstructure of a mixed-use building in Brno. The thesis contains accompanying and summary technical reports, technological regulations for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton and for masonry constructions. Technological regulations are attached to design of site equpiment including engineering report, checking and testing plans for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, time schedule, proposal of machine assemblies and assessment of lifting mechanism selection.
Construction Project for Implementation of Municipal Library in Slapanice

This thesis aims to formulate the construction technology project describing the municipal library in Šlapanice as a newly constructed building. The footprint plan of the designed object has the shape of the letter L. Part of the object facing towards the street serves for restaurant and cafe purposes, is single floored, and its roof is divided into two sections, starting with a gable roof followed by a flat roof. The building is located perpendicularly to the Riegrova street. The second part of the municipal library's building consists of two floors and is partially embedded in the slope. Its roof is divided into a gable roof and a flat roof as well. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a technical report on the construction technology project, a study describing the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, research of the transportation network, and the time and financial plan of the construction project. Further, this work presents the construction site equipment project, construction machines and mechanization proposal, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and trusses implementation, resource assurance plan, inspection and test plan, and health and safety plan for selected processes. Later, this thesis focuses on the itemized budget for the chosen technological processes of the construction object, the main lifting mechanism proposal and assessment, drawings related to selected technological regulations and LEED certification.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and organization of technological stages interior and finishing processes in the confectionery workshop in Trutnov. The basis of this work is the budget of technological phase and timetable. It focuses its attention on the technological regulations dealing with masonry inner partitions, plaster and ceramic tiles. This part is followed by the design of building machinery, proposal building site, quality control work, and safety of work and minimization of environmental impact.

The goal of bachelor's thesis Implementation of Superstructure of Forest's Administration Building in Hlubočky is the solution of selected parts of a construction technology project for the rough superstructure of Forest's Administration Building Hlubočky area in Mrsklesy village. This thesis deals with the engineering report for the construction technology project, block plan with transport route and transport routes, the itemized budget of the selected technology processes, technological regulation for horizontal structurals, the organization of development for the technological phase including the concept of drawing the site facilities, schedule for technological phase, balance of resources and technological analysis, concept of mechanical assembly, control plan and test plan for horizontal structurals and Occupational safety and health for this technological phase. In this bachelor's thesis, there are also estimated development costs for the whole Forest's Administration Building. In the construction calculation technological-economic indicators were used for the estimates.

Adhesion of Adhesive Joints for Facade Applications Made of Wood-based Materials

The presented dissertation thesis is focused on investigating the adhesive properties of façade cladding made of wood and wood-based materials in combination with flexible adhesion/assembly systems. The systems allow the implementation of effective construction joints and provide a solution with uniform stress distribution which allows the transfer of heavy loads, while simultaneously reducing the weight of the entire structure, which is also often connected with substantial cost reductions. Despite all that, little attention has been paid to this area so far. It is not a solution which is properly embodied in technical standards or in designers´, architects´ and contractors´ awarenesses. The aim of this dissertation is to characterise adhesive properties of selected façade cladding representatives made of wood and wood-based materials for the purposes of bonded joint application in a ventilated façade system. To define adhesion of façade joints, numerical and experimental methods are used, taking also various limit conditions into account. The main conclusion of the dissertation is the characterisation of basic parameters which influence adhesion, effectiveness and quality of façade glued joints. The secondary conclusion is the compilation of a simple methodical procedure for testing and implementing façade glued joints. The dissertation also makes a contribution by extending the current state of knowledge of façade adhesive joints.
